Our property is close to both Shands and North Florida Medical Center. Literally down the road from UF but far enough away you will not be âswampedâ with students. See what I did there? đ€ A little Florida Gator humor.
The neighborhood is peaceful and the people friendly. This is a great spot to rest after a long day.

The unit has an attached âMother-in-lawâ suite on the back which is also a short term rental. The units share a wall but are separate in all other ways. Each unit has its own entrance, driveway, yard and laundry room. Unless coming or going at the same time, youâll never see each other.
You have access to your entire unit minus a small owners closet.
Your stay is paramount! Text or message your questions and/or concerns. Iâm not far away.

Share rides such as Uber and Lyft are available and the bus has a stop within walking distance of the house. Many of our neighbors commute on bicycles.
We understand that many medical related visits require multiple trips. We are happy to assist you with future visits and will consider these costs when negotiating your return visit.
This property has beautiful hardwood parquet floors.
We do NOT ALLOW PETS. We have multiple properties that are pet friendly. Check our profile if you are traveling with your pup(s). We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am
Park in designated areas.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Only registered guests permitted.
