Une belle maison de garage surdimensionnée de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains / 2 voitures - à proximité des plages du golfe, Tampa, Orlando et Disney World!

À seulement 12 minutes de la plage la plus proche!

Cette belle maison se trouve dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers du comté de Pinellas. Idéalement situé dans la ville de Largo, il se trouve à quelques pas du parc Eagle Lake qui est une magnifique étendue de terre avec des sentiers pour faire du vélo et de la marche, des lacs pour observer les tortues et les poissons, et des espaces verts pour pique-niquer avec des aires de jeux pour les plus petits!

La maison est également à quelques minutes de la plage (environ 5 miles), idéalement situé près des aéroports, un accès facile à Tampa, St. Petersburg, Dunedin et tout ce à quoi vous pouvez penser dont vous aimeriez profiter dans la région de Tampa Bay. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour avec nous!

Nous sommes très accessibles et nous sommes heureux de répondre à toutes les questions de nos clients. Si nous ne sommes pas en ville, nous sommes toujours à portée de main par e-mail ou par téléphone.

Belle fierté de propriété dans le quartier, extrêmement accessible à pied (pour se garer, centre de loisirs Highland à proximité, et plus encore!), un environnement propre et sûr, la proximité de tout ce que vous souhaitez!

Il est préférable de se déplacer en voiture, sauf si vous cherchez simplement à marcher ou à vélo dans les environs, les parcs, les sentiers naturels, etc.

Les clients auront accès à toute la maison. Nous avons récemment installé un système de saisie de code de pointe pour la porte d'entrée afin que vous puissiez aller et venir à votre guise sans avoir besoin d'une clé. Un code personnalisé sera fourni. :)

Nous sommes plus que disponibles si vous avez besoin de nous, mais sommes très respectueux envers nos clients et voulons qu'ils apprécient simplement leur temps dans notre maison.

Gracious host and nice place

Nice place to stay that was only 2 min from work. Sold our home and needed a place to stay till we drive up north to sign on new home. The hosts were great. House was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place. If we come back to visit family, may use this one again.

Great Host!Very cute home

We stayed here while working in the area. It was located conveniently 7 min from where we were working. The hosts were very responsive and worked with us for same-day check-in. It is a nice neighborhood, located very close to a dog park as well. I would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice House quiet neighborhood

The house was very nice and clean. Good location. The owners are great. There was one small issue with the pass code, but they took care of it right away. I would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect home away from home near the beach

Their house was just perfect for our needs! Quiet street. Safe location. Close commute to Largo, St Pete and everywhere we needed to go in the Bay area. The hosts were helpful and super responsive:) The home was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. 10/10!!

Family Getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Great location as it was close to places we planned on visiting. Owner’s response was quick when we had questions. Large roomy house that was clean and in nice shape. Special bonus was a large park one block away where we walked the dogs daily on miles of paths.

Really nice neighborhood and the park down the street was great for walking the dog. The house was ok, plenty of room but a bit sparse for the price. And remember to follow good renters practice and communicate any pre-existing issues at the beginning of your stay or you will lose your security deposit...

This guest (first guest in over hundreds of lovely guests) broke our sofa and out of kindness we did not as he implies take his entire security deposit but a fraction of it to cover the attempt to fix our sofa. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. We would not recommend this guest to other VRBO hosts and sadly this is the first time in over 4 years that we have had to not recommend a guest on this or any other rental platform.

Great Vacation Home for a Family

This was a great vacation home for our family. Split floor plan was great, it was really nice having the kids on one side of the house and us on the other. So convenient to have a washer and dryer, along with a full kitchen. Appliances included a dishwasher and coffee maker. We had some problems with the garbage disposal, however, the owners had the issue repaired right away. Neighborhood is centrally located. 15 minutes from beach. Several great restaurants in the area. Grocery store about 5 minutes away. Dog park within walking distance. Safe neighborhood and very quiet. It was our first family vacation and we had a GREAT time. We definitely would rent this home again for another vacation.

Quiet Neighborhood close to the Eagle Lake Park

My Mom and I stayed here for 40 days during the process of relocating to Clearwater. The home we nestled in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Eagle Lake Park which offers walking trails for your pets and paved trails for roller blading/skating, biking etc. Close to the ocean (6 miles) and close to shopping, etc. I would suggest they check all of the lights and light switches as there were lights that did not work and some switches were off to what you would expect. The ceiling fan in the master is powered by the light for the closet??? We never were able to have lights on in the Garage and back yard. Thank you!

Spacious Home and Great Location

We had an excellent stay at this home. It has a lot of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The owners are great and on top of communication, even over the holidays. If you stay here and you run into an issue you need to communicate with them and they will do their best to rectify any issues. One of the walk-up entrances for Eagle Lake Park is literally at the end of the block and around the corner. It has a great waking trails. Furniture is lacking in a few areas, like dressers, but this did not cause us any issues. We also brought some small, individual folding tables for our kids to setup their laptops, because it didn't look like much table space in the pictures. Internet was solid, but not the fastest. We will definitely look to stay here again if we have another opportunity in that area.

Great house!

Great stay, owners were always quick to respond before our trip and we didn’t need anything the whole month we stayed there. House was perfect for our toddler who was just learning to walk as it is very spacious with carpet and not crowded with furniture. Great neighborhood too and always felt safe.

Great hosts, spacious house

Enjoyed this stay with my husband and two dogs. The house is very roomy and very clean. Even though it's older, everything is tidy and appliances work fine and it would be ideal for a group since there's a lot of space. The owners were super communicative, worked around us and were flexible with having workers come to the house, based around our schedule. Very pleasant, very responsive. It is a drive to the beach, but there's a park right behind the house with a lake (saw my first gator!!), that has gorgeous walking trails. The location is not swanky or fancy but for the price this is a great find, a great chill place for families or friend groups.

Family visit

This house was just what we needed. Close to family and plenty of space to spread out. The short walk to the park is an added bonus. The owners response to any questions was immediate and helpful. The overall cleanliness was ok. Some areas were obviously neglected, but nothing we couldn't handle. Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect place to relax for an extended stay

The property is as advertised. We were so comfortable during the long stay we booked while we look for a house, and the owner is super accommodating making himself available within minutes of us reaching out with questions. The house size is perfect for the length of our stay, and helped make it a somewhat seamless transition in our relocation. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel extremely safe, and I love the proximity to playgrounds, recreation, beaches, and shopping. We were there with our toddler, and I also appreciate that it was safe for her, with not much she could get into. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway or people who are relocating and want to explore the area before buying, like us!

Home Away From Home

Getting my Clearwater home tented for pesky termites again, I am so happy we decided on this nearby home instead of a questionable local motel. There was tons of room & my 2 cats were quite happy with all the windows to look out of. The owners were available within minutes for any questions via the VRBO site. Thank you Gustavo & Tara!!

Nice hosts and good communicators. House is adequate with plenty of space. House could use some updates and one room's mattress was on the very hard side. Could also use some new pots/pans and additional necessities like paper towels and dish soap would be nice. Not a bad location for the price I would just bring some cooking gear if you plan to cook!

Teresa, Very surprised at your review since our home has all you need to cook and if there was something that you needed we would have been happy to get it for you but all that was communicated is that you had a great time. On one of the beds being harder than the other, it cannot be any of the beds in the bedrooms since there are the exact same mattresses so you must be referring to the sofa bed. We hope in your future stays you communicate better so the hosts can assist since we would have definitely would have loved to have the chance to do so. :)
