Come enjoy this newly renovated and charming coastal downtown Fairhope cottage right off of Fairhope Avenue! Hosted by Book Montrose, this 4 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath home sleeps 10 and was lovingly re-designed for a uniquely coastal Fairhope feel and outfitted with luxurious amenities (like outdoor hot-tub and patio/lounge area with TV) to make you feel at home!



The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located in the HEART of downtown Fairhope! Every inch of this charming coastal cottage was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay.



At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! Standouts include an outdoor HOT-TUB and patio/lounge area with outdoor TV!



In the kitchen, you'll find white quartz countertops, a new stovetop, granite non-stick cookware (full set), Moccamaster gourmet drip coffee maker, designer retro Haden toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes!



Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for your tunes, a large 65 in latest 4K Google smart TV, and a washer and dryer!



You'll find 3 main bedrooms each with KING size beds with hotel-quality mattresses, pillows and linens, all hand-picked and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest! There is also a bunk room with 4 twin size beds perfect for the kids. In the bathrooms are spa-quality toiletries.



Sleeping arrangements (10 people total): 1 BR with King bed + 1 BR with King bed + 1 BR with King bed + 1 BR with 2 Twin Bunks (4 twin beds total)

Located right on Fairhope Avenue, this cottage is main on main in Downtown Fairhope and central to all the shops and eateries that Fairhope has to offer!

Free street parking is available on a first come first serve basis in front of the home on Fairhope Avenue and also along South Summit Street.

Our group of four ladies (in town for Mahjong Camp) enjoyed this home so much! The house is adorable! It was perfect for us. We loved walking to dinner and shops. We also loved our morning walks to the waterfront. The house was immaculately clean and communication with the management company was excellent. We would love another opportunity to stay at this property!

Absolutely perfect!

This was our first visit to Fairhope and this property exceeded our expectations. Best location to all the shops and restaurants in Fairhope. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Communication was effortless throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property!

Loved staying here. The house was large and just what we needed. We were in town for my son’s wedding. One area for improvement: my elderly parents and aunt had difficulty accessing the property. There is a ramp to the back but a VERY steep step at the back door. 4 steps to get in the front door. Not completely Senior friendly in that regard but, still a lovely property and we would stay there again. Cannot beat the location!

Perfect Location!

The house is so close to all the restaurants and shops. We could walk to anything in the downtown area. I love that the home has three king size beds. That’s hard to find. Everything was very clean! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You can hang out on front or back porch, either of the two living rooms or the dining room. I would definitely recommend this place!

OUTSTANDING!!!

We have stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years and this was by far the best one. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Large bedrooms. Great hot tub. Location to town and the Fairhope Pier couldn't be better. Well stocked with quality appliances and and lots of extras. Quick responses from owner. We will be back.

Best Location for Shopping and Downtown

Great house- clean and comfortable. We will stay here again. One of our favorite things about the property is its location to downtown and that we didn’t need to get our car out. And we could walk to the bay, too. The hosts were great and quick to respond to my messages. The pictures and description of the Fairhope Ave property are accurate, we were not disappointed. We love Fairhope and visit often. This property is a fantastic find.
