760 SpinnakerProfitez de la beauté des 3 km de plage immaculée de l'île Seabrook, située à quelques minutes à pied de cette belle Spinnaker Beach House décorée de façon professionnelle dans le style Tommy Bahama. Marchez jusqu'aux piscines en bord de mer du Seabrook Island Club, au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest, aux restaurants / bar Island House et à deux parcours de golf de championnat. Le club de racquet, le centre équestre et Lake House se trouvent à quelques minutes de route. Cette villa de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain offre une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf depuis les grandes baies vitrées et le pont. Le premier étage comprend un grand coin salon avec télévision / lecteur DVD et de nombreux sièges pour que tout le monde puisse s’apprécier après une journée à la plage. La salle à manger comprend une belle table pouvant accueillir six personnes. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre usage avec le confort de la maison. Une petite table de cuisine à quatre pattes est idéale pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner ou votre déjeuner. Au large de la cuisine est le très populaire porche filtré. À l'étage principal se trouve également la chambre d'amis avec deux lits jumeaux. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent au porche avec moustiquaire et il a une salle de bain complète attenante.

Montez les escaliers vers la grande chambre des maîtres avec lit king size, télévision et salle de bain complète attenante. Il y a deux balcons pour se détendre avec un bon livre. Il y a un barbecue à gaz pour votre usage aussi.

Les cartes d'agrément vous donnant accès aux installations du Seabrook Island Club sont comprises dans le loyer. Ces cartes vous donnent accès aux piscines en bord de mer (en saison), au restaurant / bar en plein air Pelican's Nest (en saison), au restaurant / bar Island House, au golf et au tennis. Des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour toutes les activités sauf l'utilisation de la piscine extérieure.

Spring Break Getaway

Quick few days at Seabrook for our son’s spring break was lovely! The unit was the perfect size for our family of three, and the location was ideal for visits to the beach, the beach club pool, and golf outings. The villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals (and all in great condition!) Communication with the property manager was great and provided a seamless experience with check in/out and gate pass/amenity access. We would definitely recommend this place!

We could tell that the property was used as a rental. The downstairs bathroom needed updated - the shower was missing the grab bar and there were several spots that the wall was repaired but not painted. The front door was falling apart at the bottom. The curtains were very hard to open and close. There was rust in the stove and refrigerator. The location was great but the interior needs work.

Great location not very clean

Great location but the property itself is very run down and the kitchen floor was very dirty. The sliding glass door to the screened porch barley opened and just not kept up at all compared to the surrounding similar properties

Beautiful home.

This home is a real gem. Beautiful golf course views and very tastefully decorated. We did have to request a move, however, as there was deck reconstruction going on next door. Just something you don't know until you get there, and driving around, it seems the time of year a lot of folks are doing repairs. (We visited 5/06-5/13/2022). However, Nancy of Coastal Getaways was VERY prompt and accommodating in getting us relocated to another property that we loved! This is one big advantage of renting through a company that handles multiple properties. We highly recommend Coastal Getaways of SC!

First but hopefully not last visit to Seabrook Island

My husband, two young adult daughters and I stayed in this wonderful unit the last week of July. The unit was perfect for our family with the king sized bed in the master upstairs and the two twin beds in the second bedroom downstairs. It was so nice to have some distance from each other. And my husband and I, who usually don’t have a nice thing to say about beds that are not ours, slept soundly. There were more dining spaces than we could use. And the kitchen was well appointed although I think the dishwasher might be on its last legs. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the rental and everything else Seabrook Island had to offer. And all of the information packages that were sent to us were extremely helpful. I arranged for beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cart from Baby’s Away and it was waiting for us upon our arrival. I also scheduled a sunset sail charter from Holy City Sail and highly recommend their offerings. We’d love to retire on Seabrook - something we only considered after our visit.

Perfect week on Seabrook

We are coming to Seabrook Island at least once a year since 25 years, and although we always had a good time, we sometimes had not perfect rentals. This one was a really nice one! It is not newly remodeled, but very inviting and most importantly functional! None of those silly upgrades that don’t make any sense:) A ton of dishes and kitchen equipment, clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed that it is a end unit with pond view (with alligators). Nancy’s agency is the best! No hassle booking, checking in and answering every phone call and email promptly. Perfect!

A wonderful week at Seabrook Island

My family just returned from a week in this lovely town home. We found the property to be clean and well furnished. The beach was an 8 minute walk, as was the club house and pool. The roads on Seabrook are shaded and flat, perfect for bicycling. The amenity cards were much appreciated as we ate at the beach club (great fried shrimp) and swam at the pool everyday. Thank you for a wonderful week in the low country! We are planning on returning next year.
