Maison au bord de l'eau du canal Manistee avec quai pour bateaux

Ceci est une maison nouvellement achetée et mise à jour qui est à quelques pas de la fantastique plage du lac Michigan. Situé directement sur le canal Manistee, vous aurez une vue au premier rang de tous les cargos qui passent.

** Nouveau pour cette saison, les propriétaires ont ajouté des portes coulissantes en verre à chacune des trois chambres qui donnent sur un vaste pont arrière flambant neuf. La vue sur la rivière sera incroyable de chaque pièce. Vous pourrez également accéder au Riverwalk via un escalier privé et utiliser le quai qui vient d'être installé l'année dernière. Des photos supplémentaires seront ajoutées une fois les travaux terminés.

La maison dispose de nouveaux meubles partout et d'une très grande télévision connectée dans le salon. Des unités de fenêtres de climatisation seront également disponibles pendant la saison estivale. La cour comprend également un foyer au-dessus du sol pour votre plaisir.

Weekend Trip

Perfectly located home for our stay in downtown Manistee. Check In/Check Out was extremely simple and the home was very clean and had an awesome backyard over looking the channel.

Great location and very nice house. We loved the yard and access to the river. It was nice that we could walk to town and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation Stay!

Great, spacious vacation home with lots of fun activities and beautiful backyard sitting area. Very clean and quiet. Easy access to river through backyard with effective gaits in case of children. Definitely recommend!!!

Great property

Easy walk into downtown. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. Close enough to walk to the beach. I like that there is extra parking across the street. Great property!

First St Place

We ended up staying here for a month as we were waiting for our house to be finished. It fit our needs very well. It is a great location for taking walks and also for my 90-year-old father-in-law to check out all the happenings outside the window. We were lucky enough to see a few ships go down the channel also. Excellent place to stay!

Lovely Home

This home was very clean and was stocked very well with all necessary items including a cooler! The washer and dryer came in very handy since we had two kids under 5. We will come again.

Great views

Comfortable and clean with plenty of room on the main level and converted / multi space garage. Awesome evening sunset views from the back yard that is spacious.

Little family getaway

Exactly as listed. The beds were not super comfortable, but they were okay for a couple nights. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. We had a good time even though the weather was crappy. We played with the games in the basement and some of the board games that are provided.

Nice getaway - wonderful memory maker

The home’s location was perfect! Lovely view of river and close to park, beach and great spots for walks. Couldn’t have been better. Some updating to lighting would’ve improved the interior of the home but it was equipped with most everything we needed.
