This spacious home comfortably accommodates large groups with five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including four king beds and two queen beds, along with two additional sofa sleepers in the living area. Four full bathrooms, featuring both bathtubs and walk-in showers, provide convenience and comfort for every guest.

The open-concept main living area is filled with natural light and showcases sweeping views of Lake Michigan. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for five, while the adjacent dining area seats twelve and offers panoramic lake views, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and entertaining.

Beautiful property! Clean, beautifully laid out, gorgeous...I highly recommend it. There are king beds in the rooms, which is excellent and makes for a much more comfortable stay. There is debris at the bottom of the beach, but if you walk a little bit down and to your left there is all sand. I highly recommend this property!!

This place is amazing! Brand new home that has everything you need to make your stay amazing. They have thought of everything you need for your stay. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

Amazing experience at this beautiful property with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. The home is brand new and the attention to detail shows in every aspect of the house. The hot tub was perfect, the pool table was fun, and the views were exquisite. The kitchen is well appointed even with oils and spices. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great experience! The house was brand new, looking and smelling fresh and clean. The beds and couches were so comfortable, we found ourselves commenting on them the whole stay. It was very spacious and it had all we needed, including all the cooking essentials. We were traveling with a toddler and this place had some great accommodations including the high chair, pack and play, books, and toys! The large hot tub was a nice treat on a chilly evening. The lake views were breath taking and the sunset over the lake was the cherry on top. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. We will definitely be back for another stay!

This house was built in 2025, so everything is brand new and beautiful. Perfect for a large family or multiple families — upstairs and downstairs kitchens, tons of room to spread out. One of the nicest, newest places we've ever stayed; they put serious money into it. The view is 10/10, just spectacular.Know this going in: it sits on top of an old 1800s lumber shipping point. The docks are gone, but the pilings are still standing in the water — rows of weathered posts and washed-out timbers running out into the lake. If you love history, it's incredible. There's about a quarter mile of secluded shoreline to walk, and you basically have it to yourself.But getting down means cutting through the neighbor's place and using their staircase, which feels a little weird. And I would not swim here, especially with kids — no telling what's submerged around those old pilings. We treated it as a look-and-explore beach, not a swim beach.So: if you want a stunning new house, an unreal view, and a one-of-a-kind historic shoreline, it's a 10. If you're picturing a classic sandy swim-and-splash beach day, this isn't that. Go in with the right expectations and it's well worth it. We'd come back.

This property had everything you need in the kitchen I’ve rented a lot of house but this one is definitely stocked with all the cooking needs the space was great the view was spectacular we would definitely stay here again
