I can’t thank the hosts enough, incredibly fast and responsive and the property was in incredible shape and we had an absolute blast and loved watching the the sunset on Lake Michigan!

Beautiful property. Easy check in. Great communication from hosts. We had our adult children and grandkids all together in one space for the first time and created some awesome memories. Can’t wait to come back.

Cleanest property we have stayed at in Manistee! Home is brand new, tons of amenities, great space for enjoying family time. Million dollar views, well worth the stay! The hosts are very responsive and friendly to deal with which makes the whole process that much easier. This is the place to go!

Had a wonderful week with our family, three generations gathered together, from ages of 6 weeks to 65 years old. Views of the lake were exceptional with the occasional eagle flybys an added treat.

We loved this property! It was the perfect backdrop for a little retreat for our family. It comfortably slept 10 people and had excellent living spaces for our teenagers and the adults, while also having space large enough for all of us to gather. It is also the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to town. Manistee has a variety of local restaurants and just enough shopping, but it was far enough away that we didn't feel like we were on top of it.We loved this house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could have asked for. The location was perfect, with gorgeous lake views and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like the perfect getaway. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, and we immediately felt right at home. Mike and Tammy were quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We would happily come back and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Beautiful property! Clean, beautifully laid out, gorgeous...I highly recommend it. There are king beds in the rooms, which is excellent and makes for a much more comfortable stay. There is debris at the bottom of the beach, but if you walk a little bit down and to your left there is all sand. I highly recommend this property!!

This place is amazing! Brand new home that has everything you need to make your stay amazing. They have thought of everything you need for your stay. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

Amazing experience at this beautiful property with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. The home is brand new and the attention to detail shows in every aspect of the house. The hot tub was perfect, the pool table was fun, and the views were exquisite. The kitchen is well appointed even with oils and spices. Check in/out was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic views and beautiful home! The layout is perfect for a large group.We appreciated the well-stocked kitchens (paper towel/dish soap/garbage bags/spices/etc) and garage (water toys/games/coolers/beach chairs). Had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday weekend. Most complaints were with the cleaning crew turnover from previous renters. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher (I removed and hand washed the bbq utensils and oversized pans/trays), towels were left in the dryer, and hot tub was cloudy and full of sand. Owner was apologetic and sent someone over the morning after our check-in to service the hot tub. Annoying issues you would not expect in a rental of this caliber. Also, the driveway is very steep and winding so a little tricky to navigate if you have a trailer or multiple vehicles. And the bedframe brace was broken in the lower floor 1st bedroom causing the mattress to slope towards the middle.All in all, our family appreciated the opportunity to rent this place and had a wonderful time!

We had such a great experience! The house was brand new, looking and smelling fresh and clean. The beds and couches were so comfortable, we found ourselves commenting on them the whole stay. It was very spacious and it had all we needed, including all the cooking essentials. We were traveling with a toddler and this place had some great accommodations including the high chair, pack and play, books, and toys! The large hot tub was a nice treat on a chilly evening. The lake views were breath taking and the sunset over the lake was the cherry on top. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. We will definitely be back for another stay!

This house was built in 2025, so everything is brand new and beautiful. Perfect for a large family or multiple families — upstairs and downstairs kitchens, tons of room to spread out. One of the nicest, newest places we've ever stayed; they put serious money into it. The view is 10/10, just spectacular.Know this going in: it sits on top of an old 1800s lumber shipping point. The docks are gone, but the pilings are still standing in the water — rows of weathered posts and washed-out timbers running out into the lake. If you love history, it's incredible. There's about a quarter mile of secluded shoreline to walk, and you basically have it to yourself.But getting down means cutting through the neighbor's place and using their staircase, which feels a little weird. And I would not swim here, especially with kids — no telling what's submerged around those old pilings. We treated it as a look-and-explore beach, not a swim beach.So: if you want a stunning new house, an unreal view, and a one-of-a-kind historic shoreline, it's a 10. If you're picturing a classic sandy swim-and-splash beach day, this isn't that. Go in with the right expectations and it's well worth it. We'd come back.

This property had everything you need in the kitchen I’ve rented a lot of house but this one is definitely stocked with all the cooking needs the space was great the view was spectacular we would definitely stay here again
