Beautiful beach front property

We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and the short walk to the water. Location is optimal as just about everything you need can be reached by foot or cart. Highly recommended!

Overall the property was beautiful. Being directly located on the beach, made it a super easy walk through the sand to our chairs. The host texted everything and even called ahead of time to verify what we needed accessible for our stay. The private heated splash pool was smaller than what the pictures posted portrayed. Not a big deal for us being we were there to be on the beach and enjoy the ocean. Housekeeping was great with exception of the main floor area in living room and kitchen was dirty (not mopped good). Big plus was plenty of towels and washcloths for each bathroom. Nice supply of detergents, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and soap were provided. Overall a great stay and would recommend again. Just need housekeeping to clean the floors better.

We sincerely apologize for the condition of the floors in the main living and kitchen areas. Amazing views and beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frangista Bliss was very accommodating from the moment we booked our stay. They kept us well informed and were very responsive with any questions we had. Upon arrival our condo was clean and stocked with basic things like towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. With 16 people, we did run out of toilet paper and we didn’t have enough beach towels for each person but nothing a quick trip to the store couldn’t fix. The furniture was clean but the main living sofas were past their prime and well worn but fine for just a week of sitting on them. The splash pool was a lot smaller than we realized but with kids 9 and under it was perfect. The community pool is a short walk and very clean as well. The biggest perk of this place was the beach access. I don’t think I can stay anywhere else after having the beach just steps away. Will be staying with Frangista again!

Excellent Beach House

We loved the house, there was plenty of space. Every floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need. The people at Frangista Properties could not have been more helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

In over 35 years of going to the Destin area i have never written a bad review, usually if there have been issues i just won’t address it. First, the location of this property was perfect, accessibility was perfect. Upon check in we discovered the property was NOT cleaned very well at all. The beds appeared to have been changed and items were put up, but that’s it. The floors were ALL dirty and without shoes your feet or socks were almost black. The plunge pool was in disrepair, wide cracks enough where our grandson would put his fingers where caulk used to be. We only used once. A repairman came out close to end of stay because it was leaking. Refrigerator on main level, the ice maker barely worked and hardly any shelves. The showers all had black mold in them and smelled, so did the ceilings in master bath. Main living furniture was dirty and needs to be cleaned. Dining chairs and table wobbly and in disrepair . We did a steak night our 2nd night and 10 minutes in the propane ran out, ruining a family dinner. We had to bring everything up and finish on the stove. When you spend this much on a family vacation (my grandsons first) you expect it to be a much higher end than what we found. I would not go back and stay at this property.

Mark, we are genuinely sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay and for the fact that we did not deliver the level of cleanliness and care you should have received. You are absolutely right to bring these concerns to our attention. While the housekeeper who has been dependable and has received high marks in previous reviews was scheduled to return to finish the cleaning and detail work, she did not show up. Regardless, it was our responsibility to make sure the home was properly cleaned and ready for you, and we take responsibility for that. We also should have made sure you had what you needed during your stay. We are always available to provide propane when needed, and we regret that we were not aware you needed it and did not have the opportunity to address it while you were there. Many of the issues you mentioned have already been addressed and taken care of. We sincerely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we are sorry that your experience did not meet the standards we expect for our guests.

Bliss on the Beach

We had an amazing time. The property was fully stocked with the basic essentials. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be compared to the photos however, it was not a problem. The 3rd floor Master bedroom has a million dollar view! Hope to revisit soon.
