Great location. It was a reminder that you get what you pay for. There wasn’t any hot water, mold on shower curtain and the beds didn’t have any flat sheets. I tried not to think about how many people slept directly under the comforter before me since the last time it was washed. I never thought to ask, so heads up, it’s a 4 story walk up.

Nice space with basic necessities and cheap paid parking a few feet away. Lots of eateries and stores in walking distance! Communication was great. No complaints.

The host clearly does their part in making this apartment unit a comfortable/cozy place for guests to stay. However, the building itself is a little dirty when you enter. it was long way up to the unit with my luggage, and I sort of wish I had been expecting that. The unit door sticks, so it was really difficult to open and close. I wish I had at least been told that. You can also hear everything happening on the streets/in units around you. Even with the windows closed, it sounds like there's a window open somewhere. That said, it was a good price and location for what I needed. The bed was comfortable, there was coffee, there were nearby shops and restaurants, and the shower offered hot water.

This was an amazing location-the neighborhood was diverse and fun, tons of food options right there. It was only about a 20-minute walk into the attractions in the city-Liberty Bell etc. There's parking nearby, long-term type, which was super convenient for us. Book in a garage vs a lot based on what we heard at the lot we booked. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment itself was clean enough-a deep clean to get the details would be nice, but the basics were clean-shower, sinks, toilet, floor. The building, the entry and stairs, are a little grungy, but I know that's out of the control of the owner.Setup is more like a hotel room, which was fine for us as we were there to be tourists so weren't there all day. There is a loveseat in the living room, but for my son and I it worked better for one of us to sit there and then drag a kitchen chair in or just sit on the bed that's in the living room.Kitchen is definitely small, but serviceable for fixing a quick meal, which when you're traveling is really all you need anyway, with so many amazing places to eat in the city, why would you cook?! :) Overall we had a great experience here, and would go back.

This apartment is a 3rd floor walk up. When we entered the main door, a bag of garbage was sitting in the foyer. The carpet going up to the apartment was absolutely filthy. Big stains and the whole stairwell was filthy. We had trouble getting in to the apartment because the door to the apartment really sticks. As another review said the place itself needs a deep clean. Baseboards are dirty and air fresheners were in outlets. The tile in the bathroom floor was covered with stick on vinyl patches which were coming off and exposing the flooring which needs to be redone. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The towel rack was missing the bar. It's an old apartment that they tried to fix up. The internet didn’t work for us. We were given a password but the manager didn’t seem to know the Internet address so it was useless. The towels left for us were damp and not in good condition. There was no top sheet on the bed… just a big no for us. Booked for two nights and left after one. Would never go back.

Fun neighborhood

The pass codes we were given for the front door and then the apartment were not accurate. Fortunately the property manager responded quickly to a second call and we got the updated information. It caused some concern but was resolved. Location was great.
