This large 2 bedroom is perfect for couples, small groups or traveling nurses. Just 2 blocks to Philadelphia Convention Center, shops, dining & Philadelphia's famous Reading Terminal Food Market!

The apt (2nd floor) is a modern design with all essential amenities including fully equipped kitchen.

Metered street parking on Cherry St and parking garage options within 2 blocks.

**This is a large 850 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor! The apartment comes with all essential amenities, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and free wifi! We ensure an easy self check-in process for ease and convenience.

**The Kitchen: fully equipped with a brand new stainless steel refrigerator, glass kitchen and white cabinetry, dishwasher, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and electric stove. The open floor plan allows you to chat and socialize while you cook! Unit also has new washer and dryer for clothes!

**The Living Area: Large and cozy area with a convertible couch for you to relax on after a long day of working or exploring Philly! The entire apartment is hard flooring with the living area accented with a modern designed. An extendable dining table that doubles as a work space for your business needs. Free Wifi and a smart tv for your evening entertainment.

**The Bathroom: modern design includes natural tile flooring and a white china circular vessel bathroom sink. Large bathtub with surround tile throughout. Over-the-sink mirror cabinet and make-up vanity mirror!

**The Bedrooms: Inviting spaces for your good nights sleep. Super comfortable queen size bed and warm comforter. Night stand with table lamp for extra reading light. Two large windows with extra long curtains that make the room feel warm and welcoming!

We don't allow shoes in the apt or parties. And please no pets/any animals.

Please return the key to the lockbox after check in. We have building front door keys in the apartment. The apartment itself only needs keypad code.

Please clean up after yourself, dishes, etc. Our cleaner will take care of towels, linens, and trash (limited to 1 bag per 2 night stay).

This location is GREAT. For attractions but was absolutely horrible for parking. The noise was a huge issue the apartment above was throwing a weekend party so we did not get any peace for 2 days. Only had one wash cloth. The apartment was neat and tidy but did not appear CLEAN. I will say host did try x 2 to call landlord over the noise and I was very thankful for that.

I had a wonderful stay in this centrally located apartment. The host was responsive, and the apartment itself was charming with nice decor and a lovely little view of Chinatown. You can't beat the location—it is central to everything, including the Liberty Bell, historical sites, and incredible dining options like Reading Terminal Market. This is an ideal spot for anyone planning to spend their time out exploring the city.There were a couple of minor hiccups that we wanted to note. When I arrived, the kitchen stove/counter had not been properly cleaned and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Also, the fire alarm was hanging and beeping from a high ceiling upon my late arrival, but the host was quick to respond the next morning, and I was able to quickly fix it ourselves with the maintenance ladder in the hall. A minor note: you may hear the neighbors' children on the weekends in the living area, but the bedrooms are quiet and it wasn't too much of an issue.Tip for drivers: Check out the Spot Hero lot right around the corner. It made parking very easy.

Here is my rundownPros: The apartment itself is great.... roomy, nice beds, all the amenities it claims. The owner provided easy access and accurate info.Cons: The apartment is in a note so nice part of Chinatown and although is part of Center City is definitely a good walk from any of the convenience of staying downtown.The main issue is the apartment next door. No, idea of whats going on there, but there was yelling non stop any hour of the day, including at 1am and 4am at night. It actually seemed like it never stopped. And it was alarming and scary enough I was not willing to knock on the door to ask if they could keep it down.......was worried about what might happen to me.Too bad, the actual apartment is great..... but i would NEVER stay here again, and i come to Philly regularly.

Location was very convenient and apartment was clean and spacious. It was also very noisy, as there seemed to be little insulation between floors and lots of construction outside.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night because the noise from upstairs neighbor and neighborhood noise wasn't tolerable. Host addressed upstairs problem with landlord, but he has no control over the neighborhood noise so we didn't risk another night.

Seth was great with communication and reached out ahead of time with clear entry instructions. Great location!! We were able to walk all over the city and got to explore while taking in amazing food and drinks. We would definitely stay here again!
