We had some trouble getting in touch with the host on our arrival date. Once I was able to get in contact with him, things were good. Once we got to the house, There was only 1 towel in each room, no extra blankets for anyone who would sleep in the living room, the couch in the living room was broken and the floors were so dirty that we kept our shoes on due to one of my friends feet being black after walking around without shoes for a little. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or the sink in the kitchen, nor was there any dish soap or kitchen towels to dry our hands off. Beds were comfy and clean. I would recommend if you're going to be out and about like we were, since we only came for a concert in the area.

Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations, and I would give it a very low rating.It took approximately four hours to receive the access code, which made check-in stressful and inconvenient. Upon arrival, there was a persistent cigarette-smoke odor throughout the property, as well as marked walls, footprints, and ash on the first floor.The second-floor shower was leaking from the top, and the curtain rod fell on me when I moved the curtain. Although I reported the leak, the host stated that the shower was not broken, and the issue was not resolved during our stay.Basic supplies, including toilet paper, towels, washcloths, and paper towels, were also missing. The delayed communication, cleanliness concerns, safety issue, unresolved leak, and lack of essential supplies significantly affected our experience. I cannot recommend this property in its current condition.

We felt a bit mislead over this listing. The pictures were promising however after check in there were some few things missing. No toilet paper or soap. No basic utensils like forks and spoons. I feel if this was taken care of the place would be great. Parking was a bit rough after 9 pm it was hard to find a spot that was reasonably close to the rental. Host communication was unacceptable. I had to call his number just to get basic information and he did not respond on the app after our initial purchase. I should not have had to hunt him down just to get check in information. It ended up only getting sent to me after I called him because I still had not received the codes and other check in information an hour and a half before our time. Overall if these problems were resolved the experience would be much better as the place is nice, just needs some attention.

The check in process was fine, no issues. Finding parking was tricky because you have to drive around to search for an empty space on the streets.It was very close to where we needed to be for the weekend.But the floors were dirty, our socks were nasty from waking across the floors.The couch back didn't stay up and the couch was in much needed replacement. There were 4 dirty washcloths in the downstairs bathroom. 2 hanging over the rod, 1 balled up in the corner in the tub and one on the floor. There was one damp, used towel in the bedroom.There was 1 towel and one wash cloth in the upstairs bedroom.I received no response after texting and sending a message through the app from the host. We had to go to Target and purchase towels and washcloths for everyone to use while we were there. While the price was nice, and the check in process was good, the cleanliness and lack of communication were very disappointing.
