POOL AREA: Outfitted with a dining table with umbrella, gas grill, conversation table set, and of course the pool. The pool is heated November through April at no additional cost.

LIVING AREA: Features a large sectional for multiple people to sit or spread out along with a 65-inch RokuTV to catch the game or your favorite show.

FAMILY ROOM: Just off of the kitchen with sliders to the pool area, this room is fitted with a 65-inch RokuTV, electric fireplace, workstation desk, and all sorts of seating.

GAME ROOM: Located in the garage you'll find a foosball table, dart board, mini basketball game, and two arcade machines with multiple games.

MASTER SUITE: Features a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 65" inch RokuTV, dresser, closet and a double mirrored bathroom with standup shower.

KING BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds that both have memory-foam mattresses. Each room has a closet and a 65" RokuTV.

QUEEN BEDROOM: Here you will find not one but two queen-sized beds. Both beds are also outfitted with memory-foamed mattresses and a 65" RokuTV. This room also has a large closet to store your things.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and any guest that violates this ordinance and house rule can have their reservation canceled without refund. Security deposits will also be subject to forfeiture and any fines resulting from complaints will be the guest's financial responsibility.

[Full Disclosure] For your safety, there are two cameras. One camera records activity at the front door walkway and the other is recording the driveway. Both cameras are activated by motion and are only used during noise complaints or for safety issues.
