The perfect vacation rental on the northeast corner of Conesus Lake. Within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, cideries and parks. This lovely Lake Home is beautifully decorated, on the water and includes a dock/ platform for sunbathing, fishing, or docking your boat/ watercraft. Enjoy the beautiful porch for amazing sunsets, dining and gathering around firepit.

Our lake house includes all the comforts of home in a quiet off-main street community with private off-the-road parking. Paddle board, 2 kayaks, 3 bikes are all available for your enjoyment. Perfect low traffic, 1 mile street along the lake which is great for long walks or bike rides.

From the private driveway you enter the home onto the main floor leading directly into the kitchen with all the modern conveniences of home. To the left, there is an open dining area which includes a large table and benches with enough seating for 8.

The cozy living room has a large comfortable sectional sofa, lake decor and flat screen TV to enjoy after a long day on the lake. The living room exits to the lakefront porch/ patio with bar, gas fire pit with patio furniture seating . Patio is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the most amazing sunset views on the lake.

The second floor includes 2 large bedrooms. BR1 includes a king-size bed with flat screen TV and 1 single bed for overflow. BR2 includes a queen bed and 1 singe bed.
Many of the local establishments are within a short walking distance. Tee &Gee Bar & Grill 4 min (900 ft), No BS brewery 11 min (0.5 mi), Leisure’s Restaurant 7 min (0.3 mi), McDonalds 6 min (0.3 mi), OSB Ciderworks 10 min (0.5 mi) , Galene and Little Lake Brewing 13 min (0.6 mi), Vitale Park 17 min (0.8 mi).

Convenient access and location on northeast corner of lake. 30 minute (30 mi) drive from Rochester, NY. 13 min (6.3 mi) drive to Geneseo, NY. And 6 min (1.7 mi) drive to Livonia, NY. 4 miles from public/ state boat launch. Beachcomber Restaurant, Rising Storm Brewing Company, Minnehan’s Restaurant and Fun Center, Deer Run Winery are just a short drive away.

Our Lake House is also convenient for day trips to Rochester, Buffalo, and many area attractions like Letchworth State Park, Stoneybrook State Park and the finger lakes wine trail.

This delightful rental promises an unforgettable getaway with its picturesque sunsets, great amenities, and proximity to local attractions.

Great value for a lake front property! House is just around the corner from restaurants and Vitale Park. Kitchen is well stocked, and having the washer and dryer with a child was key. Would 100% recommend.

Very clean. Listing is exactly as described. Unfortunately weather was a little cool so we didn't get to enjoy the water amenities. Sunsets were amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Overall it was clean, had all the amenities, directions were great, easy access. Beds were fine, enough pillows, blankets. AC units in the bedrooms as well as one on the first floor. Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed.Now, there is nothing level, plumb or square in the house, from walls, ceilings, doorways and floors, which sort of gives it some cute charm. However, the steps do not have a consistent tread or rise. Some are longer then others, one is too shallow, some have a higher step down then others. Had to go down sideways to make it easier. Only reason not a 5*.The water amenities they have for you (paddle board, two kayaks, fishing gear, etc... plus to be able to go out a night and watch the sunset in quiet was superb!

My family of 4 with 2 teens had a great stay. It was a perfect sized house for us with all amenities we needed, including kayaks, paddleboard, bikes, outdoor firepit, grill & more. What a great lakeside cottage. The condition of this cottage was almost like new and by far the cleanest, best equipped we have ever rented. The amenities and supplies for guests to use, whether on the water or in the cottage were the most we have ever seen. The hosts are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Close proximity to excellent restaurants was very convenient. Just a great stay.D & M June 2025

Great getaway

The cottage was lovely, very clean, very relaxing decor. The cottage was beautiful. The access to the water was great. Having use of the kayaks and paddleboard was a bonus, and it was nice to be able to have a little fire by the water at night. It’s just what I needed. I also traveled with my 16-year-old son and his friend and they had a wonderful time as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

Glorious stay on Conesus Lake!

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay @ Michele’s lovely cottage! We are a family of four and the hosts provided everything we needed; the cottage is spotless; plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids; lovely and quiet neighborhood; small park w/in walking distance; lots of restaurants & shops nearby; lake access is clean and safe for the children; we used the paddle board, kayaks, fishing poles & floats. We can’t wait to come back!

Lakeside rental

My family of 4 spent a week here. Property location is great. Very clean & right on the lake with a dock. Close to food & activities. The host was very quick to get back to us with the few questions we had. Amenities included: paddleboard, kayaks, floats, grille, & propane. I was worried that it may get hot without central a/c, but the 3 window units kept the place comfy. The parking would be tight for 2 vehicles but we only had the one. A dishwasher & a better spot for the grille would be nice, but wouldn't deter us from staying again.

Perfect Lake Get A Way

Best place for a little getaway!

We had the best experience! The house was very cute very clean and so close to the water the dock was great! My boyfriend and I loved the paddle board! Definitely will be back!

Lakeside excellent host clean cozy cottage

Spent a girls weekend at the lake. Thenhistnwas amazing and the cottage was lovely and exceptionally beautiful. Everything you would need was there and then some. Location was perfect. Level ground and on the water with dock for boat We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying with the host. Thank you Michelle 😊
