An economical place to stay for the four of us while in town to attend my cousins wedding on Clearwater Beach. It is 15 minutes from the beach, depending on traffic. It is at a traffic light and across the street from a convenience store so loud cars and motorcycles can be disturbing in the front bedroom. The place was clean and we greatly appreciated that the manager let us in a bit early as my elderly aunt was not feeling well.

Comfortable and clean place to stay

The place is well equipped with towels dishes and linens. It is clean. The highly for us was the comfortable beds. The house is pretty old and neighborhood is not the best but we had a good time overall.

Perfect for what we needed.

This place was in a great spot. Close to the TD ballpark short uber to anything else we wanted to do.

Bad back yard for dogs

House great. Dog allowed, fenced back yard. Full of old dead weeds with stickers in my long haired dog. Poison berries which my dog ate enough she had to go to the vet. She did survive but it was a trying time

Charming cottage

So glad we found this place! Came here with friends (all seniors) and immediately felt at home. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, with just enough bling to be interesting! Very clean, with big fluffy towels, comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Aisha, our host, was very charming and helpful. Plus, a great value for the money. Highly recommend to anyone!

Great job by the host to make this property very warm and comfortable

The property is very nice and the host was responsive when I reached out. The neighborhood was a little sketchy there is a convenience store across the street that had some loud cars throughout the night and I’m pretty sure I saw something go down I. The parking lot. But

Our stay was great didn’t get to spend time in the back yard as the grass was very high and needed to be cut. The inside was very clean. My only complaint would be the lack of communication from our host we didn’t receive any instruction as to what to do with the towels and dishes we used we of course washed our dishes and put all the towel in the washer we also had to reach out to get the WiFi info and check in info we couldn’t find a dust pan and didn’t know where to put the trash we also couldn’t find any trash backs. Property was very nice overall and our stay was great.
