Welcome to Sundown Summit! This home is designed for families seeking an unforgettable getaway filled with laughter and fun. There are two game rooms, screened-in patio with a firepit, and tons of board games promising endless entertainment during your stay. The garage transforms into a gaming paradise with fuse ball, ping pong, basketball, air hockey, cornhole, and more. The spa, sauna, yoga mats, and the beautiful view provides the best relaxation!

Keyless Entry: The front door is equipped with a smart lock ensuring a smooth and easy check-in experience. Guests will be provided with the door code prior to their stay.

Kitchen: Enjoy cooking your favorite meals within the kitchen equipped with all of the dishes and cookware you may need during your stay. Between the beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space, this culinary haven will provide you with all the essentials to create mouthwatering meals for your loved ones. As an added touch of hospitality, we offer complimentary coffee, cooking spices, and a welcome basket complete with a bottle of fine wine and tempting snacks. There is also a reverse osmosis water filter connected to the sink, so guests always have the option to drink fresh filtered water without having to pack water bottles!

Dining Room: The main dining room features a beautiful wooden table, perfect for intimate gatherings, seating six people. Adjacent to the kitchen, discover an additional dining space for six, offering convenience and versatility. The breakfast bar is adorned with two barstools, offering additional seating options for larger groups. For families with little ones, a highchair is also provided, ensuring everyone is comfortably accommodated during meal time.

Living Room: Relax and rejuvenate in the inviting ambiance of the cozy living room, featuring a large sectional couch, recliner, and a bean bag chair. Enjoy watching your favorite movies on the Samsung smart TV or have a friendly competition playing games on the PS5. During winter months, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching the snow fall through the large, picturesque windows.

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed, a crib, and ample storage space in the dressers. There is also a sauna and yoga mats available to get most relaxation out of your stay. For those of you who work remotely, there is a work space situated in the corner of the bedroom with a desk.

Bedroom 2-4: The other three bedrooms are all located upstairs next to the loft space. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and two twin bunkbeds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth has two twin bunkbeds.

Game room: The garage is game room paradise with foosball, ping pong, air hockey, basketball, cornhole, ladder golf, and a flat screen TV. Guests can also take advantage of the treadmill and mountain bikes in the garage! The upstairs loft area also features a pool table and game card table.

Outdoors: Step outside onto the screen in patio where you’ll find a cozy screened in porch featuring a firepit and an outdoor table with chairs. In the front of the house, there is a gas BBQ, additional chairs, and a spa where you can relax and take in the clean crisp mountain air!

Head East on 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. Turn right onto Littlefield Rd. Follow the road to the right, it turns into Wild Rose Ln. keep going around, the house will be on the left hand side. If you pass Wild Iris Ln, you've gone too far.

Parking: You can comfortably fit 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is available for guests to park in, but the game set up may need to be moved to the side (everything is light or on wheels). Please note that this driveway has a steep incline and guests will need 4x4 or tire chains to park at this house. During summer months, there is additional parking space below the driveway and can accommodate trailer/boat parking.

Tesla Charger: This home has a Tesla charger set up in the garage making it easy to charge your vehicle at the property!

AC: This property does NOT have air conditioning.

Heating: The property has central heating and a wood burning stove in the living room. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.

Trash: If guests are staying at the property on Sunday nights, please note that our handyman will stop by the property early Monday morning to roll the trash cans down to the street.
