DÉCOUVREZ LE PARADIS TROPICAL! De la grande véranda enveloppante, vous avez de magnifiques vues dégagées où vous pourrez profiter de couchers de soleil spectaculaires toute l'année, regarder les baleines jaillir en hiver et les dauphins ludiques toute l'année. Notre unité de coin au rez-de-chaussée, à quelques pas de l'océan, est considérée comme le meilleur emplacement du Surf and Racquet; c'est très privé.

Nous gérons notre condo car c'est notre "maison loin de chez soi"

Les espaces de vie et de salle à manger spacieux s'ouvrent sur la grande véranda où vous profiterez de repas à l'extérieur et de vues côtières panoramiques mémorables et de couchers de soleil inoubliables. De la véranda, vous montez sur une pelouse luxuriante avec l'océan à quelques mètres. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size donnant sur l'océan. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine bien équipée offre également une vue sur l'océan. Il existe un service Internet sans fil haute vitesse sécurisé pour votre ordinateur portable. L'espace de stationnement qui vous est attribué est à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée ... pas de bagages lourds ni d'épicerie à distance ou en haut des escaliers. Ceci est une unité NON-FUMEUR et aucun animal domestique n'est autorisé.

Le prestigieux GATED Oceanfront Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club est situé dans un jardin sur 17 hectares entouré par l'océan Pacifique et le parcours de golf de classe mondiale Kona Country Club. Il y a trois courts de tennis éclairés (sans frais), une piscine, une aire de pique-nique, des barbecues au gaz et au charbon. Vous êtes à distance de marche des boutiques, des restaurants, du cinéma multiplexe et de la plage de Kahalu'u, pour la meilleure plongée en apnée de l'île.

Peaceful paradise

This condo lives up to the pictures and description: gorgeous, soothing ocean views, amazing sunsets from the lanai, plenty of space for our family of three, super close to excellent snorkeling, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very glad we chose this spot for our first visit to Hawaii!

Had an amazing time at the condo. Right on the water for the sunset. Cap review. First location for markets, coffee, as well as a movie theater. 10 minutes from the Kona area for restaurants. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Very spacious unit

We have previously stayed in two other islands, and this unit was the best. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. Being a corner unit, it also had a large lanai area where we enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

No better view than that

My family and I had an amazing time in this home. It has everything you need for a great time and more - like beach towels, body boards. Resting outside on the lanai enjoying the view and the sounds of the ocean was the highlight of the trip. Very grateful for this experience.

A wonderful place to relax !

Perfect location with breath taking sunset review every day ! The condo is in perfect location and is very close to the one of the best snorkeling beach on the island. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained, We felt right at the home for the few days staying there. Diane thought about very details to make sure her guest to have a wonderful stay there. Thanks Dianne for everything, we will definitely stay with you again in our future trip to visit Kona.

Amazing location with views of dolphins and whales from the Lanai

We loved the location of proximity to everything. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and towels well stocked. They even have boogie boards and chairs and snorkel set if you need them. We saw dolphins and a whale from the Lanai and the sunsets are an activity in it’s self. The pool was so relaxing and the walking path to the black sand beach was fun as well. We would love to come back again and are sad to leave. We highly recommend this place.

Sunsets and snorkeling

Great location! Out of the Kona hubbub, but close enough to be convenient. Grocery store and a few little eateries nearby. End unit that does indeed offer spectacular sunset watching. One of the best snorkeling beaches is practically next door. Rented snorkel gear at Boss Frog in Kona- good service and reasonable rates. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels with the condo.

Family trip celebrating sweet 16

This was the first leg of our Hawaii vacation and our stay in Kona was fantastic. From morning coffee on the lanai and then watching beautiful sunsets there at night, followed by listening to the waves as we fell asleep, the location of the condo was perfect. Close to great beaches for snorkeling, and restaurants and shops for nighttime activities. The pool was a great spot, as well, for a late afternoon swim. The unit was stocked well with sheets, towels, laundry detergent, soaps, etc. We had a wonderful time during our stay at Diane’s beautiful home.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean

This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation! Our favorite part was eating outside on the patio while we watched the sunset and listened to the waves crash against the shore. Definitely a view unmatched by other places to stay. The location was convenient for shopping and local beaches. We really enjoyed our time here. While there was no AC, there were fans available and ocean breezes with the windows open. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Excellent Kona Accommodations

This unit is absolutely amazing. Direct ocean front setting, with incredible lanai views. Corner unit, allowing multiple outdoor seating options. Unit was one of the cleanest VRBO units we've enjoyed. Location was ideal, just far enough out of town, to avoid any crowds, but easy access to town. Gated community giving extra piece of mind on privacy. Very nice shopping mall right up the street, with well stocked market for all unit/food/beverage needs. Our trip was flawless, from time of booking, to check-in, to check-out. Nothing but praise on this one!!!

Mediocre: wouldn’t recommend

The condo was clean but the place hasn’t been updated at all for 20+ years. It’s truly the bare minimum in there. The furniture is old and not comfortable. I tried to iron something and the ironing board is tearing and black stuff was coming out of the iron. I would say it’s way overpriced for what it is. My brother stayed in the same property at a beautiful condo. The location is great but I would not pick this condo. Find one that is updated for this price. Not super comfortable at all.

Phenomenal Location

Location is amazing. The is THE reason to choose this place. Its in a big complex, which we generally avoid, but you wouldn't know it. The 2 sided lanai on a ground floor, corner unit with good landscaping makes it feel very private. You could spend your whole vacation looking over the ocean and listening to the waves from your porch. Gorgeous sunsets. The house is a little sparce and dated, but not run down. Kitchen has most of what you need. Full laundry. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas available. Bedding is not great. We didn't put our stuff into drawers bc they were very musty. The comforters on the beds and cushions in the living room are clean, but have streaks from old mildew staining. I'm sure its a never ending battle given the moist, wet environment.

This condo is five star in ways that would be difficult to decipher on line. Beyond being very clean, on a beautiful property, and spacious, the property is situated on a corner unit with a wonderful cross breeze making it much cooler than the heat beyond the lanai. All the beds are sturdy with qualify mattresses, the kitchen is equipped with many basics so you don't have to run out to buy salt and pepper, etc. The condo is huge, including the wrap around lanai which has three areas to sit. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. We are looking forward to visiting again and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone. Only one tiny complaint which was not the responsibly of the owner was that the pool needed a serious clean, the kids wouldn't go in the water after a second time. (I only bring this up because I'm sure the owners pay a lot for strata fees and they would like to know how their dollars are spent).

Pics don't lie

I was there with my partner for the IM triathlon. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up early and sitting on the very comfortable chairs on the very large lanai to watch the moon set over the Pacific. Absolutely stunning. We had one small issue that shows how the owners care about the property. I had gone for an early morning swim one morning at the Kailua pier at about 6:30 am. When I returned at about 9 am or so, I walked in and there was a puddle of water in the entry way. After inspecting it I saw the second bath's toilet was leaking. I called the owner immediately and within 45 minutes a very capable plumber came to fix the issue. I wiped up the floor with the ample beach towels and then laundered them. So it was just one of those things that happen but the resolution was prompt and efficient. Mahalo for a lovely stay.

The view from this condo was amazing!! The sunsets were amazing to sit on the patio and watch over the ocean. The view was unbeatable. However, this condo is very outdated and probably has not been updated for about 20 years. Things were rusted and falling apart. They had old vertical plastic blinds that would fall off easy. And since there’s no air condition, and you had to leave the window open, you could hear them rattling All night. There is a very faint smell of cigarette smoke. The latches on the sliding glass doors are rusted from the seawater. The patio furniture was old and one of the legs broke off because it was rusted so bad. Had kind of a weird floor plan with the master completely open to the living area with only very paper thin sliding paper doors, which was very strange. However, the living spot space is very large and has plenty of room. Loved the overall room in this condo. Two bathrooms. Very convenient. Living room was very large. However once again, the furniture is exceptionally outdated. Very old wicker furniture. Very uncomfortable. It’s not somewhere you would wanna hang out. We just spent our time either away or on the back patio. I think the condo overall is a great size and exceptionally great location especially a corner unit with a large patio and outside dining area. With unbeatable views. However, it’s exceptionally outdated and needs to be updated horribly.

We’ve stayed in the Surf and Racquet Club several times before and always appreciated how well kept it is and especially the quiet location. This unit was wonderful - ground floor, corner unit and the ocean just beyond the grass. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the early mornings and sunset evenings. Very clean unit, had everything we needed.
