Summary:
Experience Wrightsville Beach from 'The Tarrymore,' a stylish apartment directly above Tower 7 restaurant in the center of town. The Lumina unit is a private newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment. The Tarrymore is just steps to the beach - surrounded by restaurants, bars, surf shops and everything Wrightsville has to offer. You can even sneak a view of Banks Channel from the living room Juliet balcony!
The Space:
The Lumina is a fully renovated and professionally designed space up-fitted with our highest-end amenities including Parachute bedding, Parachute bath towels, high-end soaps and hair products and is stocked with Casa-Blanca coffee!

1 x Full Bathroom // Native Soaps
Washer/Dryer In-unit

*There is ONE assigned parking spot directly behind the unit.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Tarrymore is in the heart of downtown Wrightsville BeachâŠputting itself within walking distance to the beach and also right across the street from Wrightsvilleâs favorite nightlife. There is a potential for noise, however during renovations we took as many steps as possible to remedy this by having impact glass windows and doors installed, double sheetrock, insulation and provide white noise machines in each bedroom.

Guest Access:
The Tarrymore is located above the iconic âTower 7â and is home to three WB Abode units. All of them are 100% private and only share a parking lot and lobby! The Oceanic has 1 assigned parking space.
Other Things to Note:
1. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***
2. Unit is directly across the street from multiple âlate nightâ establishments so there is a potential for noise Thursday-Sunday.
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
