Newly remodeled luxury cottage in Belmont, NC Walk to Kevin Loftin Park

Curated for the luxury traveler. Everything has been updated and new. The kitchen features white cabinets with quartz countertops, all new appliances. Refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Washer and dryer in utility room off the kitchen. Primary suite has luxury bath with heated bidet, towel warmer and dual shower heads. Both baths have new tile, new vanities and new plumbing fixtures. All the artwork tells a story of travel of places far and near, and were specially curated for the space. The backyard is flat, fenced and has a very large patio with two loveseats and a gas firepit. You will love the location, just steps away from Kevin Loftin Waterfront Park and across the street from the new Belmont rec center with indoor pickleball courts. Close to downtown Belmont shops, restaurants and antique stores. You will absolutely love this place!

Champagne on a beer budget!

This place is absolutely the best! The owners have paid attention to every detail and done things right with luxury amenities. The house is more than comfortable, the sheets and mattress the best I've ever experienced in a rental home. I was happy with every part of our stay and hope to use the house again in the near future.

A Great Stay in Belmont

We stayed at this Belmont Cottage for the month of June 2025, and we really loved it. The location is terrific, with Kevin Loftin Park and the Catawba River a short walk away; quaint downtown Belmont is a short five minute driven and CLT is about twenty minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet. The cottage has been recently updated, including the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We found it to be very attractively decorated and comfortable. It was well furnished with everything we needed. All things considered, this is one of the best rentals we’ve experienced.

Hidden Gem

I was really impressed with this property. Each aspect of the design was thoughtfully curated. It has such a homey and bright vibe in the home. I loved the artwork throughout the house. The property was very clean. I'm glad I came across this special place and would love to stay here again. The backyard has a firepit, big grassy area, and it was so peaceful with the large trees in the back. Each room has a tv which is something I wanted. Check in was very easy and it's wonderful place to stay!

The space was very clean with necessary amenities. We think it’s a stretch to label it as “luxury”. However
1. The living room has no windows and is dark and dreary.2. The chair in the living room is extremely uncomfortable.3. The table in the dining room wobbles terribly and is a danger.4. The step down from the kitchen to the laundry area is deep and dangerous when carrying an armload of clothes.5. Both baths need additional towel hooks. The main shower floor tends to be slippery, a hazard for the elderly.6. The throw rugs in the master bedroom and kitchen need to be anchored so they do not slip.7. The grill outside was too dirty to use.

10 day stay in nice Belmont (NC) property

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Belmont NC. Historic down town Belmont is only a couple of miles away. The house is close to a nice small park. Interstates only a couple miles away, which is very convenient for making (day) trips. The house is nicely renovated and decorated and well equipped. Owner is very responsive and reliable to do business with.

What a gem!!

This property is meticulously maintained and decorated with cozy and homey vibes! I felt right at home, with everything I needed and more to enjoy a two-wee k stay in charming Belmont. It’s convenient to everything and just 10 minutes to the airport. I can’t wait to return!

Cozy Belmont house

My dog and I loved staying here! The owner did an amazing job at renovating the house and thinking of all the finishing touches to make me feel right at home during my 3 month stay here. The fenced in yard was a big plus! I miss the master bathroom already. Lynne was always responsive whenever I reached out about anything. The location was great and we loved walking down to the riverfront park. I recommend Isla Nature Preserve nearby for a nice sunset walk. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

5 Stars!!!

This stay exceeded our expectations! We stayed here while our home was being renovated, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The house was clearly very loved—every room was filled with beautiful, thoughtfully chosen artwork and decor. You could feel the personality in every detail, from the unique art pieces (we especially loved the giraffe artwork!) to the surprisingly charming touches like art in the laundry room.The home was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The huge fenced backyard was a major bonus—perfect for relaxing or letting kids/pets play freely. It felt more like staying in someone’s cherished home than a rental, and we left feeling inspired to bring some of that bold, personal style into our own space.The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and so easy to work with. They went above and beyond, responding quickly to anything we needed. You can tell they truly care about both the home and the guest experience.Highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and character in a stay!
