Renovated to frame sweeping mountain views, the home offers a chef’s kitchen, an 8 person hot tub, and a spa-inspired bath with sauna, dual-zone shower, and soaking tub. The home and property

From the moment you arrive, The Cliffside Chalet reveals the mountains like a living landscape—300+ acres of ridgelines, drifting mist, and quiet forest stretching in every direction. Each room frames a different moment of the Catskills: morning fog lifting over the valley, the warm reach of afternoon sun, or dusk settling softly into the pines.



After a day on the slopes or trails, settle by the foyer fireplace or stretch out on the 10-foot Cloud Sofa beside the woodstove—made for slow mornings, board-game nights, and cinematic evenings on the 76" Smart TV with Sonos woven throughout the home.



The kitchen is the heart of the chalet: a space designed for gathering, cooking, and connection. An extended peninsula creates room for shared meal prep, while top-tier appliances, All-Clad cookware, a fully stocked pantry, and small appliances (Vitamix, Instant Pot, convection oven, food processor, microwave, Wi-Fi crockpot) make cooking feel effortless. A dedicated coffee bar offers curated blends and flavored syrups, and the dining room’s floor-to-ceiling windows open to panoramic mountain views—an unforgettable backdrop to the custom farmhouse table.



The primary suite sits in the open loft, with a king platform bed and Serta iComfort mattress. The spa-inspired ensuite is a quiet retreat: dual vanities, an oversized rain shower with dual zones, a 72" soaking tub, and a custom Tylo sauna with water bath. A collection of essential oils and candles adds a subtle layer of calm to your bathing and sauna ritual. A compact workspace with laptop connectivity and a Dell color laser printer supports remote work, while a memory-foam futon beneath the loft windows creates a peaceful reading nook or additional sleeping space.



On the main level, a second bedroom offers restful privacy with a queen Casper Element mattress. The adjacent bathroom features radiant floor heating, an oversized walk-in shower, and soft ambient lighting.



Descending to the lower level, the second living room invites relaxation with a plush sectional and a 65" Smart TV. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel warmer adds comfort, while the open third bedroom includes two Casper Element queen beds. A dedicated fitness area—WaterRower, Bowflex smart dumbbells, yoga mats—offers space to move, stretch, or practice. Sliding doors open to a serene lower deck for meditation, morning air, or quiet moments with the forest.



Outdoors, the experience continues. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs and unlimited firewood anchors the front of the property, perfect for stargazing or late-night conversation. Along the back deck, a 30-foot span opens to valley views with dining for eight and a gas grill. Just beyond, the 8-person hot tub stands at the edge of the ridge—a private spa suspended above the treetops. Sunrise, wildlife, sunset… it’s one of the most memorable vantage points the property offers.



The natural surroundings bring occasional visits from local wildlife. Deer and turkeys move quietly through the trees, and squirrels trace the forest edge. Black bears are part of the Catskills ecosystem as well, adding to the sense of living close to nature while enjoying the comfort and safety of the chalet.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the main floor, open loft, lower-level rec room, fitness area, and both outdoor decks. You’ll enjoy direct access to the upper deck, the 8-person hot tub, the lower meditation deck, and the fire pit at the front of the house.

Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.



Pets are allowed only on a case by case basis. Please reach out to confirm prior to booking if you would like to bring a pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture; deep cleaning is conducted after each stay.



Three parking spots are available at the top of the driveway, with additional space if needed. A vehicle with AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months. The house is located about 100 feet from the town-plowed road and we call for plowing once a storm has passed if there are over 4 inches of snowfall.



A code will be provided prior to your stay for remote access.



Spectrum provides stable and fast internet with speeds of 300Mbps.



A 15% rate concession is offered for reservations of seven days or longer.
