Vues magnifiques sur les montagnes à quelques minutes des pistes de ski, sentiers de randonnée

Idéal pour un maximum de 8 adultes et 4 enfants, cette maison de 90 ans entiÚrement rénovée a le charme du vieux monde d'une cabane en rondins mais avec toutes les commodités modernes dont vous aurez besoin
 plus une vue imprenable depuis le grand pont.

Idéalement située entre les pistes de ski de Windham (5 minutes) et Hunter (10 minutes), la maison est idéale en hiver pour les skieurs, les snowboarders et les raquetteurs. Dans les autres saisons, il existe de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de VTT, des terrains de golf et des lacs à proximité qui offrent du canoë, du kayak et de la natation. Et bien sûr, à l'automne, le feuillage est spectaculaire.

Les villes voisines de Windham, Hunter et Tannersville offrent d'excellents restaurants et galeries d'art Ă  gogo, le tout en quelques minutes en voiture.

AprÚs toute cette activité, détendez-vous sur la grande terrasse et profitez de la vue, faites griller des guimauves autour du foyer, faites un barbecue sur la terrasse couverte, faites une partie de billard ou détendez-vous simplement dans le bain à remous.

Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'étaler. Outre une chambre King, trois chambres Queen et un grenier fini avec 4 lits jumeaux, vous avez également l'utilisation de la grande "grande salle" avec coin repas et salon, un autre salon avec cheminée en pierre et une cuisine moderne avec petit-déjeuner séparé coin.

10/10 would stay again!!! This house is absolutely fantastic - great views, relaxing hot tub, stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, firepit set-up, and easy to get to the surrounding towns. Communication with the hosts has been easy and prompt. We were a trip of five ladies and we all had plenty of space to spread out.

We had a Great stay at hensonville ! The house is perfect to accommodate several families and the location is super convenient. You Will find everything you need in the house for your stay and Deborah was very nice in get communication. We loved it !

Highly recommend!

Randy and Deborah's home was great! Very spacious and beautiful views. My family and I were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room. The home is in a great location; close to Hunter and Wyndham Mountains. Randy and Deborah were great hosts; easy to contact and very accomodating! They added nice special touches for my family and I. I would defintely recommend staying at their home!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing MLK weekend at Deborah’s house. The place was well equipped with everything we needed, we really enjoyed the comunal areas stocked with a lot of games for everyone. The location is great, about 10-15 min from Hunter. The attic room gets a bit cold at night but we just used some of the extra comforters provided. Also the host was always available for any questions. Thank you for Having us Deborah!

A perfect getaway

We spent four days at Deborah and Randy’s lovely home in the Catskills with our teenagers and grandma. The house is stunning, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we received immediate responses to every question or request. The first floor is newly decorated and stunning. The rooms and showers are not as new but in good condition. The view from the house was breathtaking — although it was wintry and gray when we arrived, we were surprised by beautiful snow the next morning. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby towns, restaurants, and supermarkets. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

Family Getaway

Cute place with awesome views

My family really enjoyed staying in this house. House was clean and nicely furnished. View from the living room and upper deck was breathtaking. There was no need to bring anything since hosts provided everything we needed to have worry free stay.

Beautiful house!

This place is great! We had a wonderful apres ski experience relaxing and playing games in the huge common areas, or retiring to the bedrooms/loft for a little solitude. The property owner could not have been more helpful, responsive, and kind. Everyone had a great time!

Family Ski Trip

This property was great! We had 11 people and everyone fit comfortably. The living rooms were large and comfortable. We could all share the space without issue. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and the fire pit when we weren't out skiing.

Peaceful and relaxing

This was our second time staying at this rental and definitely not our last. The views are breathtaking and the home is beyond comforting and relaxing. Since our last stay they have redone several aspects of the house which has made it even more beautiful then the first time. The owners Deborah and Randy are easy to get in contact with and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was spectacular.

Loved every minute!

Our family went on an annual ski trip and stayed at Deborah’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, how clean it was and proximity to nearby mountains. It was very easy to communicate with owners and they left a great deal of information for guests in regards to restaurants, things to do, and how to work TV and gas fireplace. I miss the ambiance of the gas fireplace and my girls miss their attic space!

Beautiful mountain home

The place had everything you'd need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Catskills. The house was stylish, clean, and well-stocked with lots of linens, kitchen supplies, and more. The hosts offered prompt and respectful communication, and the house was accurately described on VRBO. The owner did require a rental agreement in addition to VRBO's terms of service, which was no problem but worth mentioning. Thanks for a great stay!

Breath Taking Views

We had the pleasure of staying at Deborah's house in Hensonville in early October 2022. The house was clean and the viiews were breath taking. Beauty of a house

We met friends to ski at Hunter for the weekend. It can be very hard to find a nice house with good couches that don't gross you out. This house was really pretty - the downstairs in particular is a great place to hang out after a long day. The views from the living room window are beautiful. All in all, a place we would come to again.

Great family ski house

Cleanliness: Spotless. Beds: Comfortable. In good condition. Kitchen: Very well equipped. Location: Has a great view across the valley. Essentially halfway between Hunter and Windham. Lots of space for different activities. 2 eating areas if you want to split off the kids. The kids loved the attic (be mindful that the attic stairs exit, albeit with a substantial door, into one of the bedrooms) and spent much of their time up there. Wonderful family vacation home.

Great Escape in the Catskills

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Deborah's house. First off, Deborah is a great communicator. We were four adults and the house provided plenty of room for all of us. A great porch with fantastic views and an equally amazing firepit a short walk from the house. The seclusion was what we were looking for but it was very close to Windham where we had lunches after a couple of challenging hikes. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Wonderful Stay

We had a blast staying here. Perfect location and amenities. View is amazing. More space than I imagined. The attic bedroom with the 4 cots is more of a children's room. If our kids had come, they would have had a blast staying up here. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. If a lot of people plan to shower in the morning, keep in mind it's a well, so water pressure will very. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely rent here again in the future and maybe bring the kids next time.
