Large newly built mountain home with lots of room.

Gorgeous mountain views from all areas of house and spacious deck. Large fenced in backyard, perfect for sledding or letting the kids run around.

Patio with BBQ grill, propane provided, and large dining table with 8 chairs.

Multiple large Roku smart tvs. Endless watching.

Air conditioning throughout including bedrooms.

Main floor is open floor plan with sofa and grand dining room table that expands to sit 14.

Lower level with game room and a semi private bedroom and bathroom. Full size ping pong table, Foosball, ps4. Note, Some cosmetic work is still in progress on this floor.

5 min drive to ski hunter mountain. 10min walk to charming main street Tannersville with shops and eateries and drinks. Quick drives in many directions for hiking, sightseeing, and just overall beautiful nature.

Amazing stay.

We had a wonderful time staying over the weekend with the extended family, lots of space and rooms for everyone, 2 full bathrooms and a 3rd one downstairs, AC in all rooms though not really needed in this high altitude area, the deck and backyard with the firepit is really a HIT !

Great stay!

This is a perfect place for weekend getaway. House was very clean, comfortable and lots of place to settle in and conveniently located. Alexander was very communicative and detailed all instructions.

Perfect for a stay on the slopes

The property is so close to the mountain. Plenty of bathrooms for the whole family. Alex was great. The basement was a huge hit with the kids.

Very nice property close to Hunter Mountain

We had a great stay at Alex's property. It's located in walking distance to downtown Tannersville which has a few nice restaurants and antique stores. Hunter Mountain is 5 minutes away. Only thing that was lacking was snow :). Would stay at this house again.

Perfect weekend home!

Clean,well maintained, comfortable home.The children loved the large fenced in backyard, and the firepit was a bonus treat we all enjoyed at night. The host was extremely accomodating, helpful and accessible. Thanks for a weekend full of great memories!

Beautiful place!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. Nice new house. Very comfortable accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. We very much enjoyed the game room and kept my kids busy for days! The outdoors were very much enjoyed. Nice porch and grounds. We stayed for 1 week and looking forward to coming again! I recommended this place to many friends and family. We will definitely be back!

Great home, even better hosts!

Very beautiful and cozy home, with a convenient layout that accommodates many guests. It’s very clean with bedding and plenty of towels provided. There were games for kids, activities for teens, and even a portable crib for an infant. We also loved the fancy coffee machine that makes frothy milk! We did wish there was an outdoor grill. Hunter mountain is just 8 minutes away. It was a pleasure dealing with the hosts who were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful weekend getaway with family and friends! We would certainly rent this house again in the future.

Cozy family getaway close to mountain

Our stay at Alex’s family home felt like a home away from home. Clean house, carpeted (safe for kids), plenty of beds, everything you would need from tvs and Roku devices, to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need, salt and a shovel in case needed (everything was shoveled for us), and it was conveniently located nearby Tannersville’s quaint downtown, and 5 minutes away from Hunter mountain. Unfortunately there was a storm which knocked out power for a few hours (no fault to the homeowner as it was town wide) but as they say judge a person based upon how they respond during a stressful situation - Alex could not have been more gracious understanding and went above and beyond to solve for us even though he was out of town and traveling. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Great house for a group

We stayed here for a weekend. Our group had five teenagers and one 9-year-old and the house was perfect for this. The teens could hang out in the basement and play pingpong, watch t.v., etc. while the rest of us had some quiet upstairs. The basement is still being refinished but it was comfortable. The location is great, just a short drive from Hunter Mountain. When we arrived, the driveway had not been completely plowed, but after one call to Alexander, the guy came within 30 minutes to finish removing the snow. One small issue is that the burners on the stove don't work well, but the owners said they would look into it. We would definitely stay here again! It's very comfortable, plenty of room and great location. Thank you!

GREAT stay! Our group from Aruba LOVED it!

We visited Tannersville for an educational school trip all the way from Aruba, so we could learn to ski at Belleayre Mountain. This house was our home away from home, it was amazing! With three teachers, including myself, and 12 (adult college) students, we had a blast. The house was super spacious and cozy. The basement was a hit! We had loads of fun playing ping pong, table soccer, and video games on the PlayStation. And let's not forget the garden – it was huge! Perfect for hanging out together. The kitchen was a lifesaver. It had everything we needed, plus an extra table and chairs so we could all eat together like a big family. The bathrooms were big and clean – just what we needed. Overall, the house was fantastic. It was new, beautiful, and made our trip super relaxing and enjoyable. Trust me, you'll love it too!

Nice for a medium-sized group

I wouldn't call this new construction, but the owners have done significant renovations, and renovations are ongoing. Location is great. The bedroom setup worked well, and the bathrooms were nicely designed. The laundry was also nice. The kitchen could be better furnished. (There were only 2 mugs. The pots/pans are small, so we had to cook food in batches, to feed 10 people.) I'm not sure there would be enough silverware or plates for a group of 14. The ping-pong table was nice. Foosball was a smaller, convertible table that also switched to other games. In terms of games, there were a few. We only saw one PS4 game, so if you're hoping to play PS4, you may want to bring your own games.
