This was perfect for our stay. There is even a park very close by to walk my dogs. Cute older duplex. We were very comfortable staying there.Great WiFi and TV. They both worked accurately and easily.

Close to everything in Eugene! Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking was great. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Seemless check in and out. Would stay again.

This apartment met our needs. It is located close to the Lane Events Center where we had a train show. It is a bit run down but everything was clean and worked properly. The host was easy to work with and check in/check out was simple.

The house had an old person smell and was dirty. A lot of dust and the bedding was unwashed as there was dog hair all over the sheets.

Really nice little place. VERY quiet considering it's in the middle of town. Very clean and comfy beds! Only thing that could improve is perhaps clarifying where the driveway is!!! :)

Spacious, very convenient for Wheeler Pavilion or Lane Events Center. We didn't bring pets, but is very pet friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Cute decor and furniture.

Great location, dog friendly, excellent price

Communication prior to booking was prompt. The location couldn’t be beat, we were there for a hockey tournament but all the cool things in Eugene were a stone’s throw away. Neighborhood is walkable which was great for the dog. A little light on cookware but there were so many places to eat nearby it worked fine. 100% would book again.

Quick and easy, no frills

Great spot! Easy location to get to, walking distance to a lot. Much more quiet than I was expecting. Perfect small yard area to let the dog out in morning. Bed was very comfortable. Older apartment but comfortably updated and CLEAN for when you just need a place to rest your head.

Thanksgiving stay

This place worked out great for our thanksgiving stay. We were in town for the ducks football game. Please contact me about the fees. I keep getting notices that I owe money when I don't.

Quiet and great location!

Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.

Overall experience was good. Our towels had an awful smell. The kind when you wash towels and leave them for a long period of time before drying them. They dis bring us some new towels, which was appreciated, however they had an odd smell but was usable.
