Belle Cabin in the Heart of Manistee National Forest

Cabine incroyable situĂ© au cƓur de la forĂȘt nationale Manistee. Totalement isolĂ©e, aucun voisin en vue. Cabine est Ă  seulement 6 ans et est trĂšs propre et confortable. PrĂšs de la pĂȘche (RECORD DU MONDE BROWN truites pĂȘchĂ©es 4 miles), la chasse, la randonnĂ©e, le ski alpin et le ski de fond, le VTT, le canoĂ« et le kayak, la motoneige (attraper les sentiers Ă  droite de l'allĂ©e), et relaxant. Belle porche couvert avec grand patio et barbecue. Dispose Ă©galement d'un foyer pour les feux du soir! La cabine est livrĂ© entiĂšrement meublĂ© et dispose d'une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse aussi. La salle de bain et la chambre sont Ă©normes et les deux canapĂ©s dans le salon se dĂ©plient en lits. Nous avons aussi un rouleau trĂšs confortable loin dormeur bĂ©bĂ©. Vous ne serez pas déçu avec nous!

We had a great stay at this property. It was just what we were looking for - far enough away from everything, yet still close enough for activities and things to do with short drives. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and supplies to cook. We loved the water pressure in the shower! Laundry facilities were convenient. Mattress is new-ish and high quality. We fell in love with the Manistee area and are already planning a return visit this region in the future.

We had an awesome family trip in the Manistee area at this cabin! Their cabin is very clean, and has nice modern upgrades alongside lots of woodwork.and neat decor. It's very relaxing nestled in the woods. My kids really loved time around the camp fire.

Peace and Quiet

This cabin was amazing. The location was great for everything outdoors! It was clean and spacious. Not to mention the peace we got to enjoy being in the woods. We look forward to returning!

Loved our short stay!

We spent two nights at Shawn’s cabin for a quick anniversary getaway. It was clean, the location was private and peaceful, and Shawn was very responsive, kind and accommodating. We’d love to return!

Hunting

Too many tree huggers in the area. Made lots of noise preceding and during hunting. Local DNR said to chill and deal with it. Wrong answer. Cabin is beautiful though and highly recommend if not hunting. Thank you.

Cute and cozy!

Cute and cozy little cabin. Very very clean. we enjoyed the shooting range right off the porch. Check in and out was a breeze. Right off the road from the trails. Only complaints were that the bed wasn’t very comfy and the headboard was noisy upon any slight movement. Overall we really enjoyed our getaway and would stay here again!

Cozy, clean cabin in the woods. Close to trails and Tippy Dam. About 20 minutes from downtown Manistee which is a very cute town. Just a little noisy at times with the traffic since it’s right off the main highway.

Exactly what we were looking for

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for. Do to weather we weren’t able to explore the property though. We will definitely be back to do just that.

Salmon Fishing

We chose this rental for it's proximity to Tippy Dam Recreation area to meet our guide. It was great because it was far enough away but still a close drive (20 minutes). The house is 20 minutes from the town of Manistee which is incredibly beautiful with fun shops and dining. The house was fun and had everything we needed. On the nights we weren't fishing we were able to have a campfire and relax outside. My husband enjoyed target shooting at the onsite range. Honestly, last year we stayed at a fancier, more expensive house but had more fun here. Shawn and his wife were very responsive to any questions. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Great Weekend

My husband and some of our close friends stayed at the cabin for the North Country Trail race weekend. The cabin was super clean, roomy, and close to the start/finish. This is the place we will want to stay every time we go back for this race or if we just want to spend the weekend in Manistee!

My wife and I both work full time and we have 3 red heads. We love to travel and love sharing our cabin with other people and families. We LOVE this part of Michigan and feel like it is truly God's country. We get great satisfaction when happy customers call after their stay and tell us how much they enjoyed the cabin and how beautiful it is in that part of the state. We take pride in our place and can assure you that it will be clean and comfortable!

Our cabin is very secluded but very easy to get to. I grew up in the area and always wanted a place of my own. We love the area and all that it offers. There are 2 ski resorts, a casino, 2 spas, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a ton of streams and lakes all within a 20 minute drive.

Our property borders hundreds of acres of Manistee National Forest which can be used by renters. Tons of wildlife in the area ( turkey, deer, bear, squirrel, great bird watching, and its VERY relaxing!!
