Enjoy the nature at this secluded and tranquil mountain house just minutes away from the great skiing at Bellevue Mountain and 20 min from the quaint town of Margaretville.

The space
Open-concept living room with wood-burning stove, fireplace, Breakfast nook, dining area, 3 bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 full beds, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room. There is high-speed internet for your convenience.
There is NO backup generator.
Guest access
You can access 4, 5 acres of property. Please don’t access neighbors’ private property.

We have a high speed internet designed for working from home, taking Zoom calls and streaming movies! Our internet speed is 250 Mbps.

Please note
We recommend AWD to access our property. Winter parking is located at the bottom of the driveway next to the wood logs. We don’t recommend driving to the top of the driveway when temperature drops below 35F.
The driveway is steep and can be slippery during rainy or icy conditions. We don’t offer any refund due to bad weather.
Our property isn’t fenced. We are on the mountain and there is a steep drop next to the fire pit area.
We can accept pets case by case. Service animals are welcome at all times.

The space
The house is completely renovated and surrounded by our own 4, 5 acres of land. There are two decks for you to enjoy – covered front porch with chairs, bench and a coffee table and open back porch where you can enjoy fresh mountain air and listen to the sounds of nature.

Living, Kitchen, Dining room

The house has a convenient open floor plan. There is a large couch in front of the fireplace and a smart TV. The fireplace is easy to operate and we provide some complimentary firewood.
Fireplace and wood burning stove safety rules:

Keep anything that can burn at least 3 feet from your fireplace or wood stove.
Do not burn paper in your fireplace or wood stove.
Put the fire out before you go to sleep or leave your home.
Put ashes in a metal container with a lid.
Place the container outside at least 10 feet from your home.
Keep a glass or metal screen in front of your fireplace to prevent embers or sparks from jumping out.
Keep the doors of your wood stove closed unless loading or stoking the live fire

We provide some fire starters along with the firewood. You can turn a switch to “on” position at the bottom of the fireplace. It brings air to the fireplace to help the wood to burn. Please don’t forget to switch it back to the “off “position to help put out the fire.

Heat: there is central heat and we ask you to keep the thermostat at 68 F min during cold weather when you leave the house.


Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook a family dinner. The kitchen is designed for cooking family meals and enjoying the great time!
The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. We love our cozy breakfast nook for the morning coffee.
Drinking water is from a natural well and is filtered and safe to drink. We provide a water pitcher with a filter.

Outdoor space

On the front covered porch enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and relax. Warm blankets can be very helpful in our cool mountain weather. We keep them in the bedrooms so they can stay warm.
Enjoy our brand new fire pit area! The fire pit can be used as a grill during warm weather.
