Perched above a stream that flows into the East Branch Delaware River, Blue Bell Knoll is a relaxing retreat located in a small, historic village surrounded by Catskill Park. The historic house has recently been updated with modern conveniences including a Sonos sound system, Nordic hot tub, washer and dryer, midcentury furnishings and a newly gut renovated kitchen and bathroom. Relax on the front porch, the brand new back deck or have a night cap on the primary bedroom’s second floor balcony.

The Victorian style cottage was built in 1930 during a boom of seasonal tourism that swelled in summer months. It is approximately 950 sq feet of interior space and the perfect size for a couple or small group of friends. Every season is unique. Summers are a buzz of wildlife and chirping birds that give way to a blanket of quiet snow in winter. Summer nights are cool, practically eliminating the need for air conditioning. There is air conditioning on the first floor and primary bedroom. The secondary bedroom can get warm during the day during peak summer weeks, but cools down into the 60's at night with the aid of the double window fan that is installed. Winter weather is perfect for snow skiing and cozying up to the wood pellet stove with a cup of hot cocoa.

Guests have access to the fastest internet service provided with 400mbps down and 20mbps upload speeds. There is a multimedia projector with a 94" screen in the living room that you can cast and stream your media to. Feel free to take advantage of the brand new Nordic Stella Sport Hot Tub with Nordic Lights, new washer and dryer in the basement and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the stone terraced gardens and fire pit in the backyard. The Fleischmanns Village Park is also a close walk away offering 5 acres of active and quiet space for community enjoyment. The park includes four tennis courts, a soccer field, a baseball diamond, an accessibility featured children’s playground, and access to the Bushkill stream.

This house is perfect for adults, couples and older children. The staircase is rather steep and there are also quite a few steps from the parking area to the house. With that said it isn't ideal for elderly, young children or people with disabilities.
