EAT-IN-KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, plus dining space for 4 guests

BEDROOM 1: king bed, nightstands with light sconces, dresser, closet

BEDROOM 2: 2 twin beds, tv, nightstand, closet

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

OUTDOOR: outdoor seating with gas fire pit table

Other things to note:
- Parking pass must be returned to the unit upon check out. Unaccounted for passes result in a $50 fee.
- NO pets, violations subject to fines.
- This is a multi-unit building with designated parking behind the unit and free street parking. There are stairs to navigate from the street to the unit and to upstairs bedrooms, so the unit may not be ideal for anyone with limited mobility.
- Please understand there are other tenants in the building, so you may hear the comings and goings of those tenants from time to time.
- Staunton’s quaint charm includes the occasional sounds of the train, which comes through the historic station located in downtown. Please be aware that you may hear this during your stay.

Feel like royalty, sleep like a baby, beautiful, clean and safe

Discover beauty in every nook and cranny. Velvet drapes frame wavy antique glass windows, collage fabrics layered to create a welcoming retreat. This apartment only gets better when you pull the blackout curtains in the large master and get into the king size mattress. I slept so good! Kitchen clean and perfectly equipped. (have K cups and creamer) Bathroom is another dream. Rainfall shower with separate hand held and a seat! The towels are thick and comfy. Walking distance to restaurants.

Excellent Downtown Staunton Stay

Cute apartment right in the heart of Stauton. Excellent home base to explore the town both by foot and by car. Also great a great space to retire to and relax after a busy day out.

A luxurious apartment in the perfect spot to enjoy downtown Staunton. Everything was modern, lush, and well-stocked . Professional interior decor was a nice change from the usual live laugh love signs in most rentals.

Wonderful stay

This is an immaculately clean, beautifully decorated space in a newly renovated building with a comfortable king sized bed! Loved that it was within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.

Super adorable and convenient!

This place was perfect! Decorated straight off the cover of a magazine, cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and all the necessary amenities as well as super comfy beds and pillows. In walking distance to downtown. We had a ball and wish we could have stayed longer!

Girls get away

We were a group of 6 women came to stay for a girls getaway. The decoration was stunning, new kitchen and bath made everything feel so luxurious. Loved the close proximity to the theatre, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The home was meticulously decorated, clean, and located in a very nice neighborhood. There are quaint and interesting shops in the next block, which we did not get a chance to visit because our stay was brief. We're thinking about returning to enjoy and better explore the area. Delightful weekend in Staunton

Lovely porch, excellent location to walk to plays, music, shopping and lots of great food. The apartment is quiet, clean, updated and stylish, comfortable and spacious. WiFi fast, beautiful bathroom and shower, sunny kitchen and little extras like noise machine and local recommendations. Easy free parking. Our second time here and won’t be the last.

Property has renovated and stylish bathroom and kitchen. The decor in the bedrooms must be an acquired taste. The living room has a very comfortable sofa, although the decor is dark and funky. The mattress in the master is not firm but some will find it ok. I awakened to the view of the ac repair man just outside the bedroom window. The closed drapes weren’t adequate for privacy in the unit.

Immaculate and spacious house near Mary Baldwin

We loved our stay! The house is less than a block from the Blackfriars theatre and just a couple of blocks from Mary Baldwin. Drugstore and Food Lion are less than a mile away, and the 8 blocks or so of the street where the house is have so many interesting restaurants. The house itself was immaculately clean and bigger than we expected--very spacious sunny kitchen, extremely well equipped. Only one bathroom but a king-sized pull out sofa means our 4 tall people fit in very well. There's a lovely front porch and plenty of parking and the host was informative and responsive. We'll be staying again!

Love this condo

Easy check in. Is well equipped in the kitchen. I love the keurig it’s both a single cup with the option of a pot. Very cozy clean & updated. Great shower. Comfortable King bed & 2 twins in 2nd BR. Amazingly this town is quiet with a regular train 2 or 3 that you hear at a distance. We have always loved Staunton & surrounding areas. So quaint & welcoming.Once you arrive you really don’t have to drive. There are so many Great restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops within a very short walking distance. Latin Soul is a great place for breakfast. If your a hiker there are so many trails within a short distance.We will definitely be back.

The location is exceptional, the property still feels "unfinished."

Having stayed at other properties (originally Staunton Stays), I had specific expectations for my stay. Overall I love the place, but visitors need to be aware that there is a lot of DARK color. Beautiful, but the rooms are dark. There is very little light in the LR (need something behind the leather chair); and nowhere to put up your feet. The place smells of paint - even with air fresheners. There is NO towel hanging or toiletries space (could definitely use a small table or something). No facial tissues, no coasters for beverages in any room.
