The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and bakeware, including cake pans and cookie sheets, toaster, drip style coffee pot and microwave. The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bathtub). The large yard is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea air and listening to the ocean while drinking you favorite beverage. Linens and towels are provided.

Excellent stay. Would have liked to have known the couch in the living area is different than pictured and is futon style, probably would have brought an air mattress as another option. Other than that, enjoyed the stay.

The kitchen is small but we just cooked breakfast there, so it was adequate. We walked to the beach and the arcade, it’s not a bad distance for that. The house is clean and cute, it poured down rain one day so it was nice to have the smart tv for movie day. We would stay here again, it’s a great price for the area.

Great location and clean. There’s a market right next door and it is 2 blocks from the south end of the promenade. The comfortable bed is surrounded by windows which doesn’t work for me energetically (bad feng shui for sure); I’d recommend swapping the futon and the bed and putting a small comfy chair in the main living space. Kitchen had everything I needed but cooking oil. Small shower with great water pressure. I had a nice, peaceful time:)

This old fashioned beach cabin has 21st century amenities and recent updates which make it a really fun place to stay. It is close to town in a residential neighborhood…just close enough to the action without being too close! I would stay here again.

The front door slow closer is broken. It will slam you in the ass or arm if you let it go. Lighting is badly placed. No light over kitchen sink or in the shower, for examples. Impossible to sleep in the converted sun room to bedroom after 7AM. Bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, not the front.Only one door for entrance or exit. This would be a severe safety hazard in a fire.Over half of the electrical outlets are two wire w/o ground, even in the bathroom. This is a shock hazard and serious electrical Code violation. No outlets at all in the sun/bedroom.It’s obvious that the building started life as an equipment shed, then converted to a dwelling of sorts with the addition of a bathroom, then the sunroom/porch was enclosed to add a bedroom.

Quiet little getaway!

This place was perfect for my mother and I for a weekend getaway! The price was very affordable, the beds both very comfortable, the ambiance was also welcoming! Everything felt very clean and well taken care of, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful little cabin

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days. It was simple, clean, right by the beach, a cafe, and a really great market. My only criticism was that the mattresses on the futon and on the regular bed were a little uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect.

We are on the hunt for a new sleeper sofa as we'd like to find something more user friendly and comfortable so it's good to hear we are on the same page on that.

The cabin was just right for the two of us. It was set up with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It was a five-minute walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, with minimal traffic. The only two items that we would like them to address. There isn’t an outlet in the front part of the cabin where I slept, and the fold-down couch was uncomfortable.

Perfect house for a girls getaway!

The house was well stocked with all your needs! Close to the beach and paved walkway. Good Mexican restaurant around the corner and small market next door. Would definitely stay there again.
