The Pool House on Jefferson features a private saltwater pool with a hot tub. Conveniently located close to the Homosassa Springs, shopping and restaurants. 

This gorgeous 2718 square foot home features four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Located on a deep water canal perfect for your boats. Minutes from the Homosassa Springs. No bridges. As you drive up to the house you will see a driveway lined with beautiful palm trees. 



Downstairs the house features its own living room with two couches that transforms into a pull out bed. There is a half bath downstairs, refrigerator, coffee pot and table to keep your snacks on. The bedroom downstairs features a bunk bed with twin bed on top, full bed and then a rollout single mattress. There are sheets and a comforter for the pull out bed in the closet downstairs along with extra pillows! 

From here you can go out one sliding glass door to the pool and hot tub or the other glass door to the dock, backyard, propane grill and platform that over looks the canal for amazing views. Each slider features a child safety lock up high. Downstairs has a garage that has air conditioning, a ping pong table and couch. 

The backyard features 4 kayaks. You can put the kayaks in at the dock on our kayak step down area that gets you close to the water. 

We also have a commercial ice maker at the dock to fill your coolers for fishing and scalloping! There is a dock big enough for 2 boats to be tied at. Use of the lift is NOT included. There is a lookout over the river at the dock. 

Do not jump off the top deck into the canal. Scallop shells cannot be throw into the river- we provide you with contractor bags to throw the shells in and put in the garbage. Outside the sliding glass door heading to the water you can use the propane grill provided for you. 

Back inside you can go upstairs to the second level on the elevator or use the stairs. Please do not allow your children to play on the elevator. Upstairs features another three bedrooms, upscale kitchen, dining area, 3 seats at the bar and all new furniture. Each room features a smart tv for a total of 5 tv's in the house. There is also a screened in porch upstairs to sit and enjoy the view. The glass sliding door opens all the way up for an amazing view. The laundry room is located upstairs along with an office. 

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, his and hers walk in closets and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, walk in shower and private toilet room.

The second bedroom upstairs features another king bed and smart tv. 

The third bedroom has a king bed and smart tv. 

There is a guest bathroom located in between the two bedrooms that has a shower tub combo. The laundry room is located upstairs with a new washer and dryer. 

The house features a office upstairs with computer you can use. Relax in the upstairs open concept living area with a screened in porch over looking the river. New leather couches and amazing fully stocked kitchen. We provide you with a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, dish soap, new sponge, trash bags, commercial trash bags for scallop shells(do not throw them in the river), mini soaps in the bathrooms, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, 12 cup coffee maker /Keurig with filters and coffee to get you started. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee.  Dogs only. No cats. Poop must be picked up, bagged and thrown away.

This house is located close to the Homosassa Springs on a deep water canal. You can bring your boats. The boat lift is off limits. Do not jump off the too look out deck! 

Parking for your trailers is allowed in the front yard in front of the pool. Please stay on our property. FAQ: Stairs required 

PARKING: , driveway (6 vehicles), Boat trailers can park in the front yard but NO vehciles.

Located on the access point of Halls and Homosassa River(s) is your home away from home. Offering open water views, 30ft of dockage, +20ft of additional dockage, both cars and boat trailer. Enjoy additional recreational and entertainment entities; paddle boards, kayaks, and fillet tables and sinks for fish cleaning and scallop shucking. 

3.6 miles away from public boat ramp and boat rental at McRae's of Homosassa! And we can accommodate trailer parking in the front yard.
