Welcome to the Shamrock. This house has a large cabin feel with plenty of space for all. It has a large fully stocked kitchen open to a great room with vaulted ceiling with double story stone fireplace. This home was designed for you and your large group to stay! The main level includes 2 MASTER SUITES with private bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, enclosed sun room, 2 story great room with stonework fireplace to ceiling (fireplace has a realistic electric log set for use), dining room and massive backyard entertaining space including a huge fire pit and covered outdoor area. The finished basement includes pool table, bar, and stage that will provide entertainment for hours. Whether you like to be at the lake or in the mountains enjoying the views, this is a win-win property. Go boating, hiking, mountain biking, hunting on the federal grounds, to a Penn State game. Raystown Lake and Seven Points Marina are 10 minutes away! Bring your boat! Our home has plenty of parking! You can rent a boat, wave runner, or kayak. Raystown Lake is unique in that it is 28 miles of lake (8,300 acres) to explore! It is surrounded by Federal Game Land, all preserved in its natural habitat. The deer love to come for early morning strolls, so be on the lookout for all the wildlife around

The home was beautiful, clean, kitchen had everything needed, and beds were comfortable. Lots of space and so many rooms, perfect for a large crowd. Our family and extended family of 7 adults did not even use all areas available.Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was accommodating and made our time together easy and enjoyable.Host was very prompt to respond.

Close to Seven Points!

Very large home close to Seven Points! Digital lock for check in. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Was a nice choice for our large family. Enough parking for several cars and two boats.

Excellent Home

We stayed here to attend a week long event at Shenecoy Sportsmans Club and this home was in a great location and also had plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space was so peaceful. Home had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back for another event. Only 15 minutes from downtown and restaurants but didn’t have to need to eat out too often with the ability to cook and enjoy the space of the home. WiFi was also excellent as a few of us worked remotely. Great home and very welcoming.

Spacious-fun House

Enjoyed our stay at Shamrock. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the house had to offer. The large kitchen and family room was great for relaxing with our group! Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful/ spacious and clean. Loved the baby gate on basement stairs!!!! Wish there was a gate on main floor but we worked around that!.. Awesome place would love to visit again!

Great place at an ideal location near the lake!

We had our entire family (18 of us) under one roof for a family vacation. We all had a great time at the Shamrock! The house had plenty of space for us all to congregate or to disperse as needed. We would rent the Shamrock or any of Aunt Susie's properties again in the future. Pros: We loved the game room, pool table, basketball hoop, firepit, large kitchen, plenty of utensils, eating space inside and out, bed linens were sealed in plastic wrap, beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, big yard for kids to play. Cons: Water pressure low, water heater capacity low, upstairs toilet volume, gate to basement needs to be more easily opened/secured, back door doesn't latch well, sound travels too easily in the house even when trying to be extra quiet, had to rewash some dishes.

Loved the Shamrock

This may have been one of my favorite homes to stay in the Juniata College area! We were visiting our son for Easter from Philadelphia. The house is clean, kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc. The game room was fun. Good for young kids & older more adult kids. Location was great for our dog walks. Communication was quick with the owner or agency. Check in and out procedures were very easy & simple. Will definitely try to stay here again!! Thank you Aunt Susie!!
