Perfect family vacation cottage.

The cottage was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and had great accommodations for our family. It was quiet, relaxing and we enjoyed sounds of the water from inside and outside the cottage. Lake Bellaire is a fabulous vacation spot.

Beautiful lake house on Lake Bellaire

The property was all we hoped for. It was exactly as advertised. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the house. The lake has a sandy bottom at this location and it was great for kids swimming. We didn’t need much interaction with the owner, but she was readily available when we did. An excellent week in northern Michigan!

A Lake Bellaire reunion

Very nice cottage on a beautiful lake. We stayed on Lake Bellaire for about 6 years at Miley’s resort. It was wonderful to get back to the area and the accommodations were excellent.

We love Lake Bellaire and this home gives us everything we want for our time on the lake! Owner has always been very responsive and easy to work with. We are repeat clients and absolutely love this location.

Relaxing and Fun

Plenty of room for the family with everything needed on property. Very nice dock and swim area, along with access to a mooring for a jet ski in the water. Ready to head back in 2025!

Great place for a family!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Bellaire is a Great Lake to be on for water sports. So much room! King bed very comfortable! Owner was great to work with. Loved the neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location, Great Lake, great house

The house was perfect for our family. Great location on the lake and nice shallow sandy bottom for quite a ways from shore. Perfect for paddle boarding or just hanging out in the water. Plenty of room in the house. And the 2 living areas worked out great for kids and adults. We’ll be back.

Perfect Summer Vacation!

We had an excellent time on Lake Bellaire (and the surrounding lakes/rivers). The house was spacious, well-supplied & worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 6-10). Had a couple of questions pop up along the way, but Debbie was extremely prompt to respond & very helpful. Additionally, the mooring ball was perfect for tying up the pontoon that we rented for the week (see note below though) & the amount of shallow water for swimming had our kids pretty much living in the water. All-in-all, an excellent trip & we wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay again! Thanks! ***Mooring Ball/Boat Securement PSA*** A note for any other boaters who may be reading this review...you'll want to be sure to tie up to the mooring ball AND also set an anchor off the stern of your pontoon to keep the boat from potentially swinging in to the dock if (when) the wind shifts. We checked the swing radius when we arrived with the pontoon and, while we would have cleared the neighbors dock by a few feet, we definitely would have hit Debbie's dock without an anchor being set. Don't let this discourage you from bringing a boat, as the connected waterways are amazing! Just be mindful that you'll need to use an anchor, in addition to the mooring ball.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for us. It was a beautiful house and the yard and lake were amazing. We loved that the water was shallow so far out and the set up for sitting and watching the kids play in the water was great. The sandy bottom is firm and not mucky at all. The only complaint (and this is hardly a complaint) was that the beds were a little on the firm side, but if you like firm beds no problem and honestly I would rebook this place in a second even with the same beds because everything else was perfect!

Perfect family cottage!

Truly a lake house getaway. We loved the location. The lake front is amazing. Plenty of room for a large family. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, family vacation.

Honestly , we had boat trouble from day one so the property was beautiful , but the lake vacation was disappointing .
