Guests have access to the entire one bedroom (three beds), one bathroom condo and the patio.

Registered guests are welcome to use the shared building amenities; a gym and outdoor pool. Please note that access may change at any time, including routine maintenance, change to bylaws or seasonal availability. We do not refund based upon their availability.

Guests have access to one underground parking stall.

Downtown high-floor suite: expect city noise, including a nearby rail line and emergency-vehicle sirens.

This suite can accommodate 1-4 guests.

Pool Winterization Notice

Please be advised that preparations to winterize and close the pool for the season commenced on September 8, 2026.
Please note: The pool opening date for the upcoming season has not yet been confirmed and will be determined at a later date. We will provide an update once the opening date is available.

Self Check-in Window: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Arrivals after 10:00 PM pick up the fob at an off-site location, about a 15-minute drive from the building. If you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM, please contact the host in advance so we can coordinate this with you.
