You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo, close to Stampede grounds, famous 17 Ave, and Downtown.
This space provides all you need for an enjoyable stay, including FREE underground parking, and easy access to Starbucks, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep!
We are excited to welcome you to our condo!
The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is perfect for the gourmet chef and entertaining friends/family.
You are welcomed by the spacious open living room. complimented by floor to ceiling windows and flooded with sunlight. Turn on the 55" UHD 4k Smart TV to Roku, YouTube and others popular channels. Feel free to connect your iPhone, Android to Smart TV using casting technologies and see/listen your favourite streams on TV.
A frosted glass sliding partition creates separation for the master bedroom. It ensures optimal open concept living.
In suite laundry and washer are available. Feel free to let us know if you need anything in particular during your stay

I stayed at Alex's place for a work trip to Calgary and it is exactly what I needed. The place was clean, comfortable, close to my office and excellent restaurants.Alex was great and answered all of my questions. I felt very at home there.

Alex had a very detailed binder which even included the manuals that came with all the appliances and electronics in the condo. The place was spotless and spacious it a great view. It was located in a great neighbourhood and was about a 20 minute walk away from all the downtown attractions.

Amazing place to stay when in Calgary! Alex was easy to contact, condo was clean and had everything we needed, it was close to BMO, shopping and restaurants. Bed was super comfy. And the views - beautiful!

Close to Calgary Tower, Saddledome, GMC and BMO centre. There are many places in the vicinity to eat with variety. Beautiful view especially at night from condo. Great place overall! Host responded quickly and instructions were easy to follow when navigating check in and check out.

Very clean and conveniently located

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The check-in process went very smoothly, making our arrival stress-free. The host was incredibly easy to get ahold of and responded promptly to any questions I had. The apartment itself was spotless and very clean, which made me feel right at home. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.
