Everything was wonderful at this rental! We loved the porch and wood burning fireplace and enjoyed the hike down to the lake. What a treasure. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful cottage which was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Great view of the lake from the porch. Perfect jumping off point for Mammoth Cave National Park. Would highly recommend!

Adorable Cabin!This cabin was extremely clean, comfortable and adorable. It’s exactly what we needed and was just as described in the listing.We enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the sunset over the lake, watching a movie at night and the quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy. The pillows are pretty firm, but comfortable. If you prefer softer pillows, maybe bring your own. It’s about 40 minutes to Mammoth National Park, so keep that in mind. We preferred to have a scenic view over proximity to the park. Many of the recommended restaurants in the immediate area are not open on Monday or Tuesday. Some are seasonal and were closed during our visit. We were able to venture out and find a cute spot called PJs. Just something to keep in mind while planning. You are in a rural area, so brining snacks, breakfast etc. is a good idea if you don’t want to drive to eat meals. The only small critique we had was that the shower never got hot, it was warm. Overall this is an amazing cottage and would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful view! Loved the fireplaces and firepit. Didn't need to take my extras for the kitchen on this trip. Only drawback was no tv in the bedrooms but that was fine. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect place

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The owners truly thought of everything. We went into Mammoth Cave two days and although it’s a bit of drive it wasn’t bad at all with our two kids. They loved the property as did we! We have already talked about when we can come back.

We loved this place! Pictures do not do it justice. The porch with the view is amazing. Everything in the house was spotless and very modern. The 4 of us do a lake trip every year staying at different places around Nolin Lake. This is our favorite so far! Even has an outdoor shower. We had some issues with the refrigerator and Brandon responded immediately!!! We def give this place 4 stars.

Well done retreat

This is a stylish little gem with a spectacular view. If you are ready for some outdoor time with a bonfire by the lake, this is your spot. Everything about the listing was accurate and check-in was a breeze. The location is somewhat remote and it was about a 40 to 60 minute drive from all of our planned destinations, but don’t let that discourage you.

Spring break getaway

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The home and setting were absolutely beautiful, and the weather was perfect. We were all able to relax and recharge. We drove over to Mammoth Cave National Park every day for some hiking and a couple of cave tours. The home had everything we needed to make our own meals and we enjoyed the fire pit every evening. Can't wait to come back!

Relaxing get away

This cottage rental was the best out of the two we rented this week. Reasonable cost for stay and very laid back. Area surrounding had lots to offer also. We will definitely be telling all our fellow Michigan friends and family.

Exactly what i was looking for

Beautiful property, very clean and modern. The view of the lake is outstanding and the outdoor fireplace is wonderful and equipped with outdoor speakers. Everything was updated, and comfortable. Will absolutetely stay again if im in the area!

Beautiful views of nature!

We absolutely loved this cozy house, and it was spottless, very clean! The view from the porch is amazing! Our family ate every breakfast and supper on the porch. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy nature! And if you feel like you need to get your steps in head down to the lake access, my kids loved spending time on the lake. They even loved the outdoor shower, it was used daily. My 6 yr. old son said he was ready to stay there permanently! 😆 Hands down one of the best vrbo's we have stayed in the last 5 years!
