Come join us for a fantastic stay in a well-appointed 2-bedroom 1 bath LOWER-LEVEL DUPLEX 5 minutes to Mayo Clinic? This unit is recently remodeled, beautifully furnished and very convenient.

You will find everything you might need to recover from a surgery or to feel at home while seeking treatment.

The house is child friendly with a nice selection of toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. Pack-n-Play and highchair are available.

A maximum of 2 DOGS are welcome with a charge of $50/DOG.

There is in unit access (via a lockable door) to a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM.

On-site free parking for 2 vehicles

Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone

Mother daughter weekend

The location was great. The bathroom was a little dirty and it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture all weekend- it was a bit noisy. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

Cozy Overnight

We were stopped in Rochester overnight with my mom and two kids (2 and under) and this cozy little apartment had all the amenities we needed, including toys and books, a high chair and pack & play (requested), laundry facilities. It is so cute and cozy inside. We were all so pleased with this stay.

Great location

Stayed for a visit to the Mayo Clinic. This unit was in a great location. Close to Mayo, restaurants, grocery stores and more. The home was comfortable with the recliner seating for our down time between appointments. Booking, arrival and departure were all seamless. My only complaint was the upstairs neighbors when they were home they were on the loud side.

This VRBO was fine for the night, but I wish I had known it was the bottom level of a duplex. We could hear every move the people upstairs made, which made for a long night.
