The home comes with 2 living areas - both tastefully decorated to create a warm space to hang out with your family and friends. There are electric fireplaces in both living rooms that will help keep you warm and cozy. Relax and let the conversation flow or catch up on your favorite TV shows or unwind with some fun board games.

KITCHEN and DINING
- The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake and dine. It comes with an assortment of pots and pans, a blender, crockpot, coffee machine and toaster. Complimentary cooking oil and basic spices have been provided for your convenience.

COFFEE BAR
A coffee bar with a variety of flavored coffee and teas are available for you, whether you need it to kickstart your day or relax at the end of a long day of exploring.

TVs
3 ROKU TVs are available for use during your stay. One of the TVs is in the common living room and the other 2 are in the bedrooms.

LAUNDRY
The laundry area comes with a front loading washer and dryer. Complimentary detergent is provided for your stay. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.


HOUSE RULES

• No smoking on the property - indoors or outdoors. This includes nicotine and marijuana.

• No shoes on the furniture please.

• Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. We are in a safe and quiet neighborhood and want to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.

• No parties allowed.

• No people other than the ones on the listing to stay overnight.

CLEANING
We have a local company service our home prior to your stay. If something is not up to standard, please bring it our notice by phone or through the booking platform within 6 hours of arriving. This allows us to address the issue and bring it up to our standard. Our crews thrive on positive feedback. Please send us any compliments or add them to your review.

PEST CONTROL
Our home receives regular pest control to keep the yard and home as pest free as possible. Please understand the possibility of seeing them in and around the house as they like to creep in on all sorts of things. If you spot something, please let us know immediately so we can determine if an emergency call to the pest control is needed. Please help us by keeping the doors and windows closed whenever possible to prevent them from sneaking in.
