This 2022 RV is modern and clean. It sits on a private creek that runs into the White River. This is a great location to catch that record Brown Trout or Rainbow Trout. It is steps from the White River and has a view of the river as seen in pictures. This RV has a queen bedroom, a bunk bed with 2 twins, and a table that converts into a bed. It easily sleeps 5. The Beautiful RV sits next to the Magnolia house that can be rented as well. Check out the Magnolia House for more details. Also, in the back of this RV, a 2021 Winnebago Minnie can be rented as well. Families love to book both RVs and unit 3 and 4 of the Magnolia house if they have large groups. Some even rent all 4 units in the house and the 2 RVS. Both RVs and all units in the Magnolia House are fully furnished with quilts, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, coffee, outside and inside kitchen options, fridge, TV, utensils, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, etc...

Very comfortable, spacious, clean RV. Nice river view with individual fire pits, grills and lawn chairs. Easy access to the water for boating and fishing. Overall A+ host rating. Would stay again.

A joke. Total filth. Walk into the door and you are greeted by a mop bucket sitting in the floor. The bed is a good 4 foot high. I had to buy a box for my wife and myself could get into bed. Property is not for a person with any disability, I will report that to the ADA. The manager never contacted us until we were leaving. The worst experience ever.

Gary, The person in the RV next to you talked with me about how great the place was and how clean and nice it was. Even when you left you explained that you would be back. I noticed you're connected with a resort in Cotter after checking your Facebook. Please don't enjoy competitors properties and give bad reviews. Also, if you wanted a property that is handicap assessable we have plenty of these cabins if you would book in advance and not wait last minute. You never asked for a handicap cabin and have never even contacted me one time as you do not answer your phone. I had a guest next door help you turn the water heater on and get you firewood, etc... RV rentals have steps, propane, water heater switches, etc... Next time try booking a cabin with no step up with a walk in shower. Maybe call the owner first to help you find a good place for your needs. Sorry you say you had a bad time but I talked with the guest who booked next to you and he said yall were having a blast.

Don’t recommend

The place is not private at all. There’s another camper and a house within arms distance and you can just hear people talking all the time. Biggest issue we had was no hot water. 2 minutes and shower was ice cold. So we couldn’t even shower!!! While we was cleaning and sweeping to check out, we discovered a rats nest in a drawer in the kitchen! Dust was all over the beds and the stove top. Just overall it was a bad experience. I would not stay here again or recommend.

Wow! A competitor hired Cody to sabotage my near 5 star review rating throughout all platforms including Air BNB. Cody has asked VRBO to remove the review as I have brought the connection to his attention. VRBO please honor his request. My units are known for cleanliness, attention to detail, location, value, and excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Eclipse trip adventure

My husband and I booked this property in anticipation of viewing the solar eclipse. We had an adventure mindset going in and wanted to stay in an RV to see if it might be something we’d like when we retire. The RV was clean. The owner was there when we arrived and was doing some repairs. Pleasant fellow. Location was great for viewing eclipse… RV Sat above the rivers edge and was accessible via a fairly steep wooden stairway. Camp chairs were available to take down to the waters edge. RV was equipped with all the basic necessities. We did have problems with the refrigerator not cooling and on the second day the toilet wasn’t working properly. The owner was responsive to our notifying him of the problems (fridge had just been turned on at our arrival and took all night to begin cooling) however we had our cooler with us. Owner came and fixed the toilet problem as soon as we notified him of the issue. We did end up leaving a little early primarily because my husband is a larger man and the bed was a little short for him and generally he was just not that comfortable in the space. All that being said, we enjoyed the adventure, got to watch the eclipse in a lovely setting and we’re glad we tried the RV stay over a cabin or motel.
