-Resort Fee: A resort fee (not including in your booking fee) is required for guests at Shores of Panama. The fee is $98.00 per unit and is good for the length of your stay. The fee includes 1 unassigned parking passes and wristbands for access to the resort facilities. All vehicles must display the parking pass to avoid ticketing. Pre-registration for parking will be sent in the Welcome Guide, 3 days before arrival.

-Parking Garage clearance is 6 ft 7in. The parking garage does not hold oversized vehicles other than the first floor. These spots are first come first serve and cannot be reserved at any time. Most oversized vehicles and additional vehicles have to park in the overflow parking lot about 1/2 mile from the resort.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning
