• Primary Oceanfront Suite: Featuring a plush King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. Wake up to unobstructed views of the turquoise waters without leaving your bed!
• The Private Bunk Room: Unlike many condos, our bunk area is a private space with its own full bathroom, featuring a Twin-over-Double bunk bed. Perfect for children, teens, or extra guests.
• Living & Dining: The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a Smart Roku TV with Apple AirPlay and high-speed Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
• Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary needs. If you prefer to dine in, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal while looking out at the ocean.

📋 Important Guest Information
• Resort Fee: The Shores of Panama charges a one-time $81 registration fee (per stay, not per person). This covers your parking pass and secure wristbands for resort access. You will receive a link to prepay for this 2 days before your stay.
• Check-In/Out: Primary guest must be 23+ years old. ID verification via Ring camera may be required. To ensure our cleaners have time to prepare for the next guest, late check-outs are not permitted.
• What to Bring: We provide a starter kit, but we recommend bringing beach towels, extra laundry pods, sunblock, and your favorite coffee.
• Elevator Tip: During peak summer (June-July), elevators are busiest from 11 AM-1 PM. Since you have same-floor parking, you'll use the elevators much less than other guests! 🎢 Family Fun & Local Attractions

I wanted a place where you could walk in, see those 10th-floor ocean views, and feel your blood pressure instantly drop. Whether you’re here to reset your soul or just have a blast with the kids, I’ve tried to think of every little detail to make your stay easy.
Why I love this spot:
• The Morning Ritual: There is nothing like a sunrise walk on the beach to find the best seashells before the rest of the world wakes up.
• The Views: I still catch my breath every time I walk onto the balcony. The turquoise water never gets old!
• The Convenience: Honestly? Having a dedicated parking spot on the 10th floor is a total game-changer. Driving straight to your floor and walking to the door with your groceries (or your beach gear) is a dream.
When I’m not making sure the condo is sparkling for your arrival, you can find me grabbing a donut at the onsite coffee shop, catching a sunset cruise, or heading over to Pier Park for some window shopping.

I chose a home at the Shores of Panama because it feels like a tropical island tucked right into the heart of Panama City Beach. You get that massive, "wow-factor" lagoon pool and resort energy, but the second you step into our 10th-floor condo, it’s nothing but peace, quiet, and Gulf breezes.
What sealed the deal for me:
• The "Magic" 10th Floor: Most people don't realize how huge this is until they get here! Having a dedicated parking spot on the 10th floor means you bypass the elevator wait when arriving with luggage or a trunk full of groceries. You just drive up, park, and walk right into your retreat. It makes "vacation life" so much smoother.
• The View (Obviously!): Being on the 10th floor is the "sweet spot." You’re high enough to see for miles down the coast and spot dolphins in the water, but close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore.
• The "Walk to Everything" Factor: I love that I can grab a coffee and a donut downstairs, walk to Rock’it Lanes or Coconut Creek Mini-Golf, and be back in time for a sunset cocktail at the Tiki Bar.
