Our "Home Away from Home" offers a unique layout designed for privacy and relaxation:
• Primary Oceanfront Suite: Featuring a plush King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. Wake up to unobstructed views of the turquoise waters without leaving your bed!
• The Private Bunk Room: Unlike many condos, our bunk area is a private space with its own full bathroom, featuring a Twin-over-Double bunk bed. Perfect for children, teens, or extra guests.
• Living & Dining: The open-concept living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a Queen-sized Murphy Bed, and a Smart Roku TV with Apple AirPlay and high-speed Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs.
• Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary needs. If you prefer to dine in, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a meal while looking out at the ocean.

• Dining & Entertainment: We are within walking distance to local favorites like Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and several local seafood spots.
• Transport: Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the Bayway public transit system stops right near the resort.
The 10th Floor Advantage (Parking & Arrival)
One of the best features of our unit is the reserved parking spot (#1012).
• No Elevator Hassle for Groceries: Your parking spot is on the same floor as your condo. You can drive up to the 10th floor, park, and walk straight to your front door. This is a game-changer during the busy summer months!
Important Guest Information
• Resort Fee: The Shores of Panama charges a one-time $81 registration fee (per stay, not per person). This covers your parking pass and secure wristbands for resort access. You will receive a link to prepay for this 2 days before your stay.
• Check-In/Out: Primary guest must be 23+ years old. ID verification via Ring camera may be required. To ensure our cleaners have time to prepare for the next guest, late check-outs are not permitted.
• What to Bring: We provide a starter kit, but we recommend bringing beach towels, extra laundry pods, sunblock, and your favorite coffee.
• Elevator Tip: During peak summer (June-July), elevators are busiest from 11 AM-1 PM. Since you have same-floor parking, you'll use the elevators much less than other guests! Family Fun & Local Attractions

• Rock’it Lanes (0.5 miles): Located just around the corner, this is the go-to spot for family fun, featuring bowling, a large arcade, and roller skating.
• Coconut Creek Family Fun Park: Test your skills at their tropical-themed mini-golf or get lost in the giant Gran Maze. It’s a PCB staple!
• Race City: For the thrill-seekers, head over to Race City for go-karts, bumper boats, and a variety of fairground rides.
• Morning Beach Rituals: There is nothing like a sunrise stroll on the sand. Our beach is famous for finding seashells and spotting coastal birds before the day begins. It is the most peaceful time to enjoy the Gulf.
