We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable place with lots of activity options for families to enjoy and create memories together. We do have two TVs including an 85 inch tv in the large living room for all to enjoy and additional tv in the side living room that can be used for the kids entertainment. We just wanted to clarify for future guests that the garage space is used by our groundskeeper, who helps us maintain the 4-acre property. We also have a maintenance team that handles trash and a pool service that comes by regularly to keep everything in top shape. We’re glad you found the home clean, spacious, and appreciated our prompt communication during your stay. As you shared with us during your visit, *“We did enjoy our stay and appreciated your prompt attention to our messages during our time at the Grand Hacienda. The home was exceptionally clean and the space was great, especially the pickleball, tennis and basketball courts.”* We remained in regular communication throughout your stay and addressed the items raised at the time. During the stay, the concerns brought to our attention were pool heating and WiFi. Pool heating was refunded immediately as a courtesy when requested. When WiFi connectivity was mentioned, we contacted the internet provider right away and offered to schedule a technician; at that time, you indicated it was more of an FYI and did not require further action. Additional items referenced in the review were not raised during the stay. Had they been shared at the time, we would have gladly addressed them in real time, as we routinely do for our guests. The Grand Hacienda is a large estate designed for group gatherings, and we prepare and staff the property based on the confirmed reservation details. Regarding check-in, final cleaning touch-ups were being completed shortly after 4:00 PM to ensure the home was fully prepared for your group. The property is accurately represented in the listing and is maintained as a well-reviewed estate that regularly hosts large gatherings. Some amenities, such as recreational equipment and firewood, are subject to availability and normal wear. Limited exterior activity observed was related to routine property maintenance and service access and did not impact guest privacy or use of the property. We appreciate constructive feedback and remain committed to maintaining and improving the home to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for large groups.
