Historic 2 Cats Inn-Free Breakfast-Georgia Room

Built in 1884, this historic building is home to the popular 2 Cats Restaurant and the newly renovated Inn. Located in downtown Bar Harbor, the restaurant has been in operation for more than 25 years and considered the best breakfast in town by locals and magazines alike. The Inn is a few minutes walk to everything Bar Harbor has to offer including free shuttle to Acadia National Park. Stay in this classic home and enjoy the free gourmet breakfast at the ever lively 2 Cats!!

Popular 2 Cats Inn is finally open again from this year!

BREAKFAST Details: Breakfast will be served at the dining room located on the first floor from 6:30am to 1pm (subject to change based on time of the year). Please see the host at the front entrance to be seated. Free breakfast includes one coffee drink, one breakfast entree' and a side (Does not include special menu).

Located just above popular tourist destination, 2 Cats Restaurant, these apartments have been refurbished with new furniture and amenities while still maintaining our much loved unique features . This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit; few min walk from coast and 4 min drive to Acadia National Park. All the town's popular restaurants are also in walking distance.
Stay in style this holiday.

This apartment has one beautiful bedroom (with King size bed), fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ) and a cozy lounge area. Temporary Twin Rollaway Bed provided on request.

This base price for apartment is for 2 guest. Additional 2 guests is allowed with extra charge of $25 per person.

Charming spot, delicious breakfasts, and great location

We were very happy with our two rooms at Two Cats Inn. The rooms were cute and comfortable, we loved the included delicious - and generous - breakfasts, and the location within walking distance of central Bar Harbor was perfect.

Great location! 5 Stars

Location in Bar Harbor is amazing. Checkin was super easy and the room was exactly as advertised. The room comes with one dedicated parking space which was probably the most convenient perk! Breakfast was great and highly recommend the salmon omelette or French toast.

Great Stay

The accomodations were more than we expected. It was comfy, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!! Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast just downstairs was soo convenient and it was 2 Cats!!!!I would highly recommend this stay.

Great location and free breakfast!

The Georgia room was in a great location in Bar Harbor. Walking distance to most restaurants and shopping. Our stay included a free breakfast in the restaurant below our room. The breakfast was amazing! We tried something new each day. Room was clean and check in process was easy.

Wonderful experience at 2 Cats Georgia Room !

Waking up to the aroma of coffee and breakfast cooking makes this little gem even more special ! Thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous breakfast downstairs each morning before heading down the street to explore Bar Harbor. 10 minutes to Acadia from here ! Private and clean . Superb location . We Loved our stay !

Mom and Daughter getaway

My mom and I stayed in The Georgia Room at the Two Cats and absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and I will also add the pullout sofa was the best I’ve ever slept on. We had our own parking spot and check in was seamless. I cannot say enough about how DELICIOUS our breakfast was. I got a different omelet everyday and each one was more delicious than the previous! We even took our biscuits over to Ocean Path Trail for a mid hike snack :) The breakfast was so filling we only snacked lightly the rest of the day minus the evening we had our lobster dinner. My mom plans to bring my dad back to the Two Cats Inn next fall again! Highly recommend !!

Georgia Room

What a great place. We enjoyed our stay in the Georgia room. The description of room doesn’t really do it justice. It’s like an apartment. The food is amazing. Breakfast is definitely their thing. The blueberry pancakes are to die for. The responsiveness of the owner Was so great. We had a small issue with the TV and he offered to replace it right then in there. And as we checked out, he was doing that and sent us a picture. Lol overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Our first stay in Bar Harbour

This is very well maintained property. We stayed in Georgia room. It has 1 large bedroom with attached bathroom( bathtub with shower). Living room had guest bathroom with a bathtub. Also a sofa with bed. Full kitchen and well equipped. Location of property is unbeatable. Property is located on top of restaurant owned by same owner. Our price included free breakfast at that restaurant. I think this has been the best breakfast I have ever had. Saved almost $100 everyday on breakfast everyday. Free on site parking is great at parking is expensive and hard to find in town. Everything is very walkable from site.
