Welcome to your quintessential Ptown getaway! This delightful one-bedroom cottage in Provincetown offers a cozy and inviting retreat just steps away from the famous Boat Slip and Commercial Street. With its unbeatable location and charming ambiance, this cottage makes for the perfect start and end to your day during your stay in Provincetown.

This is a free standing one bedroom cottage located a block away from the Boatslip.
The unit comes with one tandem parking spot that will fit a vehicle up to a mid-sized SUV.
AC window units will be installed in the bedroom and living room in June through mid-September.

the perfect thanksgiving trip! this place was clean, quiet, and cozy. well-maintained and centrally located, but far enough away from the action where you don’t feel overwhelmed! Hosts are very responsive and check in/out was very simple

Great Stay at the Cottage

A wonderful and central spot! Great location, perfect for a couple. A little tight, but worth the squeeze. Thank you guys for such a great time in PTOWN!

The property was perfect place to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was in walking distance of everything on Commercial Street but was quiet from the noise. It was comfortable to hang out during our downtime and a quick ride to the beach and the grocery store.
