The views can be enjoyed from both inside or outside the home with large windows in the living room and dining room looking out over the spacious yard and Lake Huron. This lake house has been beautifully remodeled with a fully loaded kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one master with king bed and three additional bedrooms with queen beds), 2 full bathrooms and all new appliances and furniture. The Village of Lexington is only 11 miles Lexington away and offers boundless opportunities for relaxation and fun. Browse through unique shops, unwind in a restaurant or tavern, stroll the harbor, fish, boating, play tennis, golf, bike, or take a leisurely walk along tree-lined streets. Lexington is known for its Music in the Park series of free Friday evening outdoor concerts.

Our stay at Michelle's place was fantastic! We were so thrilled to have a place right on beautiful Lake Huron. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Michelle's communication was very prompt and she helped answer all of our questions. If you are looking for a great place to stay along Lake Huron, this place checks all of the boxes!

We wanted something where we could walk to the beach easily, we both have bad knees, and this was perfect. Just a few steps to the sand and an incredible view from the kitchen and living room! State of the art appliances and comfy bed. The master shower is incredible: big, pretty, great water pressure, perfect double showerheads. All the little, thoughtful touches that make the place so comfy, like binoculars, towels, and all the small appliances anyone could ask for. Thank you for creating a perfect getaway space!

Awesome vacation spot for family!

Beautiful and well kept vacation house. Plenty of room for sleeping for the whole family. The fenced in yard was perfect for a toddler. Few steps down to the beach. Has all the amenities you need. If we are in the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Michelle!

Family Vacation

This vacation home was just as described, but even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable with five adults, one toddler, and a baby. The beach was sandy and beautiful, but remember to bring water shoes, as there are stones when you first enter the water. After several feet, it was sandy again. The plus side is that if you are looking for Petosky stones or beach glass, etc., you will be entertained for hours. You will also be sharing the beach with others in the neighborhood, but there was always plenty of room and everyone was very friendly. Great place to stay!!!

Also, it is a private beach but sometimes there are other families (especially on holidays) that ask us if they can hang out on our beach. We are always accommodating because we feel there is plenty of room for everybody as well. You and your family are welcome back anytime! So glad you had a wonderful vacation!

Loved the location the house was perfect. Loved the fact that we had kind of our own private beach and that my mother in law had her own bathroom with the walk in shower, which was easier for her. My wife loved the kitchen and the kids loved that they had their own room. My husband and I felt the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous view

We loved our stay at the Anchor Inn home. Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable furnishings and accessories. Everything you could need in the kitchen, very comfortable beds and an awesome Master shower! We have rented for over 40 years and give this home top honors. The view is the best we have experienced. Hope to stay again next year. Can’t imagine anyone not living this place. Our favorite Michigan vacation!

The entire experience, from my first contact with Michellle until time to leave Sunday morning to go back home was terrific. The house was so cute, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for preparing meals so we didn't have to leave this gorgeous location. There were plenty of soft towels and the beds were comfy. We loved having the beach just down a few steps. Having two small grandsons made for lots of playing in the sand, and they both loved being in the water. And the neighbors! They were so welcoming. We really enjoyed the little community we discovered there. The sunrises were delightful, and the full moon reflecting on the water was a sight to see. The sailboat race was a bonus. It was a short trip to town to get anything you might need. We would love to make this an annual vacation destination, and if we can make it happen, we will be back!
