Welcome to our charming Airbnb, where exceptional craftsmanship meets modern comfort. This beautifully designed home boasts spacious bedrooms, ensuring a restful night`s sleep for everyone. Unwind in the large living room, perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with family. Enjoy movie nights with streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ at your fingertips. Kids will love the great spaces designed just for them, ensuring fun and entertainment for all ages. Come and experience a blend of elegance and family-friendly comfort in our meticulously crafted home.

You will have the whole property to yourself! This is an incredible getaway that you and your family will absolutely love!

During the stay we will be available via messages in airbnb or you can call us! Once you book you will receive information on how to contact us however we can not provide that information before a booking has occured.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
ï»ż- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
ï»żï»żï»ż- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
ï»ż- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

The home was spacious and clean. The four of us enjoyed the large front yard for family football games, relaxing in the hot tub, the play set, beach, and firepit. We would def go back and invite more people, too!

Great stay

We loved the place. Great place to gather with family for a stay in. Linens were a bit scarce and could use something for the smell in the basement bedrooms. We will be back!

Amazing house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The property was everything we hoped for—and more. We spent time enjoying the view, relaxing in the hot tub, and hanging out by the fire pit. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept great.The hosts were quick to respond and super helpful with all our questions. We kicked off our first night with some delicious Jet’s Pizza and spent a day exploring downtown. Lexington Coffee was a favorite, and we loved browsing all the cute shops. We also walked along the pier, hit the playground, and took a stroll on the beach.The house had everything we needed—tons of bath and beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything was super clean. Our kids are already asking if we can come back in the fall!Thanks for a fantastic stay!
