Welcome to our family friendly beach town home, MI Retreat. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the charming Harbor Shores Village provides a relaxing and fun getaway. The main level has a spacious open layout with 10' ceilings, comfy family room space with sectional couch for relaxing and a fully equipped kitchen including Whirlpool appliances. The dining area includes a gorgeous table large enough to seat 7 adults comfortably. Half bath is conveniently located on the main level as well. The second floor offers another family room space with a sleeper sofa, primary bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a relaxing balcony. Relax in a comfy cushioned chair or sit at the high top table for 4 and enjoy the breeze. The guest bedrooms are each equipped with queen size beds, ample amount of pillows and comfy bedding to assure a good night's sleep. Whirlpool washer and dryer located on the second floor. MI Retreat is located in a quiet community resort allowing guests to truly disconnect. Amenities include the community pool located just steps away.

Lake Michigan beaches are less than 5 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. Outdoor adventures await with access to 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, beach chairs and more. If you are a golfer, then this is the location for you! Harbor Shores Golf Course is just around the corner and waiting for you to schedule a tee time. Downtown St. Joseph offers many quaint shops, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and is just a few minutes away. Breweries and wineries are another hot spot to enjoy in the area.

Activities:
Beach/Swimming: Tiscornia Beach Park-(1.1 miles) is a family oriented park located on 16 acres along the shoreline of Lake MI at the northwest corner of St. Joseph. Walk to St. Joseph and Benton Harbor's North Pier Lighthouses. The park offers a pavilion that accommodates 40 guests and offers restrooms. (Parking fee required) Jean Klock Park (1.6 miles) amenities include a playground, picnic shelter, charcoal grills, paved parking, boardwalk, observation trail and tower, bathhouse and pavilion. Jean Klock Park is a trailhead that leads to 10 miles of natural and urban fitness adventure for hiking, biking, etc. (Parking fee required).
Boating: in addition to our two kayaks there are plenty of local rental options. Swan paddle boat rentals at Harbor Shores Marina, Third Coast Paddling .5 miles, Lake Life Watersports 1.4 miles, Blue Water Boat Rentals 1.5 miles.
