Beautiful riverfront condo, only steps away from the Little River. Enjoy peacefully listening to the river flow. Quietly watch the tubers float by in the summer. Fish year round. Only 2 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, for all the hiking and exploring you could want. From the condo, walk or bike to everything Townsend has to offer. 2 story condo with 2 decks overlooking the Little River. Only a short drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg! Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom.

The condo is very well appointed. It is also comfortable and the host is attentive. It’s on the 2nd level which allows a nice view of the trees and the river. The condo complex is very quiet. It’s also in walking distance to the store and Peaceful Side restaurant. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The slight glitch while checking in was swiftly taken care of by an extremely attentive and friendly host. All the amenities were very nice; we all enjoyed the ambiance provided by the fireplace. We especially loved the location, the condo is so convenient to everything, but the best thing is being so close to the river. I've always found being in the mountains very healing but sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the wildlife and river took it all to a higher level. We all definitely want to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful Townsend condo, the Marble Loft. Thank you for making things so comfortable. The communication was very pleasant (even enjoyable!) and super-efficient.We had no idea what Townsend had to offer; we just chose it for convenience to the Great Smoky National Park. We were happily surprised by the area, and we loved the cool vibe of the “peaceful side” of the Smokies. Thank you for your excellent service and for sharing the beautiful space with your guests. The setting on the Little River was lovely!

Everything was wonderful for our stay. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Our host was very accommodating and every detail from check in to check out was accounted for. We had a wonderful romantic stay but this space would also be great for family. The setting along the river is perfect. We will definitely be back. 5 stars!!!!

Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning!

Great quiet place by a babbling stream and out of the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to, communication with owner was good and it was very clean. Only issue is bunkbeds in picture is now a queen bed but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was exactly as advertised and the owners/managers were very friendly and responsive when needed. Location was great - close to park entrance, walkable to grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants. It is "in town" so no crazy mtn dirt roads to navigate.

The unit was very nice, homey with up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Location, location, location is most important to us, and this fit perfectly. We've already talked about extending our stay next year.
