Come relax with us on the peaceful side of the Smokies. Our unit enjoys quiet secluded access to the Little River and the convenience of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park just 2 miles away.

Quiet 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with beautiful views of the Little River. Both bedrooms have ensuite baths and the primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the river.

The host was very nice and welcoming and gave great instructions for accessing the unit. The unit was perfect for what we needed to celebrate Christmas with family. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Close access to the river to do some fishing.

We enjoyed the area. There were several restaurants nearby and it was very close to Great Smokey Mountain Nstionsl Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Communication with the host was helpful and it was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo location was perfect for us. We brought our bikes and were able to ride the bike trail and around the neighborhood. Easy access to the IGA, coffee shops, restaurants, and our personal favorite—The Peaceful Side Social. Very quiet and peaceful overlook of the river. This is an end unit with second floor entry. You’ll have one floor of outside stairs and then another flight inside to the bedrooms. Not challenging, but important to consider when booking.The condo was very clean and comfortable. It’s a little outdated, but it’s an older building and you could tell that they have updated the things that matter. Full size washer & dryer in unit was nice to have.The master bedroom had its own balcony overlooking the river. It was a wonderful perk. The bed is a bit on the firm side. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One with tub and other with stand up shower.Last minute booking for us and everything was easy from booking to check in to check out.

This was the perfect place to stay in Townsend! It's easy access to the Great Smokey Mountains--Cades Cove is a favorite spot of mine. The owner is amazing and friendly, and the condo is gorgeous.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Condo. The location is a 10/10. It is easy to walk to multiple dinner locations, the grocery store, and the coffee shop. We loved having the river outside our door and easy access to walking and bike paths. The condo was clean, and communication with the host was excellent. I recommend this condo.

Perfect peaceful weekend

We came for just 2 nights for some hiking and catching up with family. Spent both evenings on the balcony enjoying the view of the water and the sounds of bugs and birds and the breeze. The condo had everything we could have needed and then some. We will be back

Loved the balconies overlooking the Little River, very serene, quiet, peaceful. Kitchen tiny but workable; just right for us. Pots and pans could be upgraded. Storm door on front really needs to be repaired. Bathrooms and bedrooms very nice

Growing up in East Tennessee, we are often spoiled by just how beautiful our hometown is and we are so happy to share it with you while you visit. When we aren't traveling you can find us remodeling flip houses, fishing the Little River, playing golf, or planning our next getaway.

This is a property that has been in Wendy's family for many years. She recently took over management and promptly remodeled the unit. Her family created some lasting memories playing in the Little River during the summer months and sharing it with friends and family over the years. Now we are happy to share this quiet family spot with you.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will be surprised how quiet this property is during the day. We love to sit in the living room with the sliding door open so we can hear the river that is below. One of my favorite spots in the world is sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and just listening to the river. You have all the convenience of being close to town, while still having the quiet of being up in the mountains. Bring your bike and enjoy our bike trails, or if you don't want to bike, just enjoy the miles of walking trails that go through Townsend.
