As you step onto the balcony from the hallway on the second floor, you'll be greeted with refreshing breezes from the beach and a beautiful lake view, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the peaceful ambiance.

Three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer stunning lake views, while the third bedroom features a crib for babies and a 4k smart TV.

In addition to the balcony and private ensuites, our location offers the convenience of being just a 3-minute walk away from the beach. Plus, the new park with Pickleball fields and a basketball court is also a short 3-minute walk away, providing opportunities for outdoor fun and games.

That's why we've installed a state-of-the-art HRV (heat recovery ventilation) system to ensure that the indoor air is always fresh and clean. The HRV system constantly circulates fresh outdoor air while expelling stale indoor air, helping to regulate temperature and humidity levels and reducing the presence of pollutants and allergens.

In addition, we've also installed a dedicated water softener system to treat the water in our house. The water softener system removes minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which can be harsh on the skin and hair, and replaces them with sodium ions, resulting in softer and smoother water. This means that our guests can enjoy a more luxurious and comfortable showering experience, and won't have to worry about dry or itchy skin.

Elevator usage requires a 24-hour booking notice prior to check-in. This ensures that guests with children under 8 years old have adult supervision, and it allows time for guests to familiarize themselves with the residential elevator manual before operation.
