This spacious Flagler Avenue-adjacent home offers relaxing digs with authentic NSB charm in the absolute BEST location in town! Reside within immediate walking proximity to unique shops, trendy bars, and top-rated restaurants along Flagler Avenue or stroll 5 minutes to the beach! Recreate your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and make lifetime memories in the fabulous fully-fenced string-lit yard with outdoor dining and fire pit for the perfect treat following a day at the beach!

One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the kitchen is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

My wife and I have just finished our first adventure of being snowbirds. We stayed in a unit managed by Fun Coast Rentals. Dave and Dan were wonderful hosts. Attentive, with great attention to detail. They care. They even helped us snowbird two extra nights at a nearby unit when snow and ice in our home state prevented our driving back home as planned. Fun Coast Rentals and Dave and Dan are the best. Salute!

What a Gem

What a fantastic property! Great location to Flagler Ave, all the shops, bar and restaurants are within walking distance! The property itself was very clean and communication with the property manager were very clean and prompt. We would definitely stat again!

Cozy convenient spot with all the comfort of home

We had a great time and the unit was located in a very easy location. Easy to get to shops, restaurants and the beach. We loved having a garage. Everything inside was nice new clean.

No wifi

Everything’ would have been perfect , if not for the WiFi! No tv and no WiFi for 3 day stay…. Shower does not get hot… high warm at best and beds are metal - so turning on your side is loud each and every time. If you don’t rely on WiFi then this place would be a great choice! Location is perfect!! Does not sleep 6! There are two king beds … not sure if they are counting 3 to a bed?

Hi, Nkimi. We're very surprised by this negative review since we provided you with very prompt assistance and did everything we could to address Wi-Fi issues that presented, even though it ultimately ended up being an issue with the internet service provider and was subsequently fixed same day. You may not know this, but this particular property has 10Gbps fiber optic internet which is generally incredibly reliable, fast, and secure. We've heeded your feedback regarding the inadequate shower temperature you mentioned and tested the hot water temperature exiting the shower head and recorded a temperature of 126 degrees Fahrenheit--which is an adequate temperature. Had you contacted us about your dissatisfaction with the water temperature during your stay, we would've gladly and promptly dispatched a technician to increase the temperature at the water heater. However, you did not contact us about this issue and instead chose to leave it in this review. We also tested all four televisions in the home (which you claim were all inoperative during your stay) and found all four of them to be in perfect working order. Again, had you contacted us regarding any issues pertaining to television operation during your stay, we would've gladly sent someone out to assist immediately. Instead you again chose to include this in your negative review without giving us the opportunity to address it. Lastly, regarding the sleeping arrangements in the property: as the property listing clearly indicates, there are two king beds, each sleeping two guests, and there are an additional two sleeper blow up mattresses provided in the upstairs closet as indicated in both the listing and the access email you received. Once again, you never did reach out to us to ask about the whereabouts of the additional two blow up mattresses that were indeed provided and instead chose to include this in your review. Thank you for staying with us and for your business.
