The Villas Las Palmas Punta Mita residential community is located at the heart of the Punta Mita peninsula, just 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta’s airport. It is one of several developments in the gated community known as Punta Mita, an exclusive vacation destination on the Vallarta-Nayarit Coast. A central patio, which showcases a stunning water feature, volcanic stone backdrop and pebble-carpet detailing welcomes you to the villa and provides access to each of the three bedrooms and the main living area.
The large open-area space has a dining table for eight, a comfortable living room with a large screen TV and spacious kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features granite slab countertops, wine refrigerator, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, fully automated stove, Wolf cooktop, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and many small appliances.
The primary Master Suite offers a king size, 4-poster bed, a large-screen TV (fire stick) a private terrace, as well as a walk-in closet and an elegantly appointed master bath with double shower, oversized Jacuzzi bathtub, and large outdoor shower.
The second bedroom, also with walk-in closet and private bath with shower and tub, opens to the main terrace and features two queen beds, and a large-screen TV (Smart TV).
The third bedroom has two twin beds that can also be arranged as a king bed, an ample closet, a full bathroom with shower and a large screen TV (fire stick).
The villa is equipped with triple-filtered water purification system, fire stick and smart Tv's, high-speed wireless internet and individually zoned air-conditioning.
