Wonderful time. Great property for our family of 5. Tanya made us amazing breakfasts and kept the place spotless. Eli was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is central and the views were fantastic.

Fabulous unit in El Encanto

Beautiful unit in the el encanto area with stunning ocean views and nicely appointed furnishings. Samantha was so helpful and incredibly accommodating. We plan to come back many time.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The home has a great view, is immaculate, and is well-decorated with beautiful artwork. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with the airport transfers in a premium SUV. It was easy living in Punta de Mita with a daily breakfast cook, use of a six-person golf cart, and Premium Club access.

Casa Amanecer

The home was exactly as described if not better. The property manager was wonderful and always attentive to anything we needed. Concierge made dinner reservations and organized an in home chef and team to prepare a really fun evening. Two lovely ladies arrived on time each morning to prepare breakfast and keep the house in immaculate condition with clean linens daily. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we will return soon! Thank you all!

Must stay!

This was our 4th year in Punta Mita and all I can say is wow! The view was spectacular, golf course and ocean on all sides. The friendliness by all the staff was heartwarming and they all went above and beyond. Tanya was truly the sweetest and most attentive house manager. Eli our concierge, made sure all of our needs were met and had incredible communication and customer service. Samantha, our host surprised us with delicious appetizers and decorations for my husband’s birthday. The condo was clean, spacious and just the all around beautiful. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!!

Already planning our return

THE PROPERTY: This is one of the most luxurious properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting. Design elements are perfect. Attention to detail is impressive (REAL plants and orchids). View is unbeatable. You can’t tell easily from the photos but the floor to ceiling Nano doors take up the entire corner of the main room and provide the most breathtaking views of the bay and the mountains. THE STAFF: If the property was 5 stars, the staff is a bonus star. Fernando and Diego ensured that we had everything we needed - groceries, restaurant reservations, golf reservations, transportation and a private boat. Tania & Mariana cooked the most delicious breakfasts and tended to the house beautifully. My husband still says that the best meals he had during our 1 week stay on Punta Mita were the breakfasts at home. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Casa Amancer!
