About this space
Welcome to our newly remodeled 2/1 house in Sarasota! Close to the beaches, UTC, and Benderson Park, this stylish home offers modern comfort and coastal charm.
Book now for an unforgettable vacation!
The space
The master room has a king sized bed with 2 night stand and reading lights above. It has a large closet with open shelves and a 58” Tv on the wall. The guest bedroom has a triple bunk and dresser as well as a closet with open shelves. The living room does have a pull out couch if you need extra sleeping space.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house from the front door. There is a side door to the house that leads to a mostly vacant spare room. That you will not have access to.

SUCH a great location. Close to shops and restaurants in the area & short drive to so many beaches. The house is so nice and cute! Host was also great communicator and allowed us to extend our stay super last minute!

We loved The Peaceful Place for our stay! It truly was a peaceful area that felt safe, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby for easy navigating. It was easy to access main roads to take us downtown and close to the I-75. It had everything we would need for our 5 night stay and it was nice to have access to the laundry. The hosts were prompt and helpful when needed. We would stay here again the next time we're in Sarasota. Thank you for a lovely place to call home on our vacation.

Perfect location to visit the Meadows

We had family in The Meadows so location was perfect. Quiet says it all. Responsive host and clean unit. Plenty of reasonably priced eateries nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful little house. It seems like it’s been recently renovated and everything is really lovely. It truly is a peaceful place. I love how quiet the neighborhood is. The host was super responsive to questions and things we needed while we were there. I would definitely recommend them.

Peaceful house in a perfect location

The property was amazing and was perfect for the week. It was located in the best spot. Had numerous golf courses around it for us guys, while for the girls, the shops were right down the street. Along with that, we had endless locations to go to for meals that week. Another plus was the beaches were a short drive away. Overall, the house was perfect for the week and will definitely book again next time we come back down

Long weekend to watch my daughter regatta

The house was perfect for our needs. Close to nbp for my daughter regatta. Walking distance to a great restaurant Food Beer, highly recommend. The house was super clean, the host were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Loved the beach towels and beach chairs so we could enjoy the beach. Would stay here again.

Clean and Convenient

We needed a place to stay for just a couple of nights and this one did not disappoint. The property was so quiet, clean, close to restaurants and the host had so many extra little touches that made our stay so comfy. They literally thought of everything. Very impressed and would highly recommend! Thank you!!
